Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only positive thing about this place was the location. It was very apparent that the house had not been swept or mopped, as there was hair and sand throughout the entire space. I ended up cleaning it myself for the comfort of the other guests. Additionally, the king-size bed was extremely noisy whenever you moved or lay down. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

House had plenty of space for our group and was clean and well kept.

The location was great and the property manager communicative but the bed was super creaky in the master. The water pressure was poor. Both bathtubs drained slowly but they did fix it during our stay,

The house over all was not as comforting as I anticipated, when we arrived with the floor, mat, and bathtubs filled with sand. We had expected to receive a clean house but unfortunately we were mistaken. We had to take time out of our trip to clean, and reorganize. And the master bedroom had a dent that made it uncomfortable to sleep in. To finish it all off, my family found multiple cockroaches around the house the most concerning one was the one in the kitchen, and bathroom.

Please add to the property description that guests need to bring all the ingredients they need for cooking (only things provided were salt and pepper) and preparing coffee. Also that they need to bring a cookie sheet to use in the oven. Other than that the place was great.

The property is in a great location with plenty of parking. While the house is nicely updated, there were several things that were disappointing, especially for a 6 night stay. There were no trash bags provided. Both kitchen trash cans had no liner and none were provided. The kitchen provided basic needs but was lacking a can opener, which was a bummer to discover after we had already starting cooking dinner. There was only one extra roll of toilet paper provided. (Again, not sufficient for a 6 night stay.) The king bed in the primary bedroom was not comfortable and made a crunching sound anytime we moved at all, making it very hard to get good sleep. The property does not have enough seating for 6 people. The dining room table only has 5 chairs with no extra chairs anywhere in the house. I did leave a voicemail with the management office regarding trash bags, but did not receive a return call. Of course, it was not a big deal to go buy trash bags and toilet paper, but renters shouldn't have to.
