Enchanted Oaks~Lovely Retreat in the Treetops~Gorgeous, Peaceful, Private

This was the 2nd Summer we rented this guest house and it was wonderful. Its location is perfect and the size is awesome. The owner is wonderful to work with and keeps her guest house clean. It truly is a home away from home.

No words can do this home justice. It truly is enchanted. The location is perfect and the home is cozy and a perfect size. If you are looking for a real home away from home then look no further. Kari is a fantastic host who made every effort to make our stay the best experience possible.

Kari was extremely accommodating. Communication was easy and fast. The cottage felt like a little slice of Heaven. Quiet, private and well appointed. I sat on the deck with my morning coffee and thoroughly enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels. The location is great. A short drive to downtown Carmel, Pebble Beach and Monterey. We were sad to leave.

The Enchanted Oaks Cottage met all our expectations, and we would certainly consider staying at this property again in the future. The property was comfortable, quiet & peaceful, pet friendly, suited our needs, and the location-- proximity to Carmel-by-the-Sea, Monterey attractions, restaurants & shopping-- was exceptional.

Great place to stay.

loved the house. nice walk to nearest shops. owner was very responsive and had no issues. only cons was that the wi-fi was not good if more than 2 devices were connected. otherwise had a wonderful stay and we all loved it.

When we arrived, there were three deer in the front yard. Fun place to stay! It is close to everything. It was very nice. We had a great time.

For the most part this is an amazing property - beautiful space, amazing location, beautifully appointed. The one drawback for me is a very steep driveway that needs to be navigated coming and going. This is not mentioned in the description - and should be. Prospective users should know that all-wheel drive is preferred and that a large vehicle would be almost impossible. I was terrified every time I had to drive up or down the driveway. I'm not sure I would have selected this space - as fabulous as it is - if I had known about the driveway.

We enjoyed our stay at Kari’s guest cottage. The location was great and close to shopping and the beach. The kitchen was spacious for cooking and we loved the wrap around deck. Kari was quick to respond to texts and very accommodating. Would be happy to stay at the cottage again.

Perfect spot for everything . Owner very responsive.
