The sleeping layout includes well-appointed bedrooms featuring one king bed and two queens, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room; sheets are provided upon request. Guests have access to two full bathrooms and an additional half bath, offering plenty of space and convenience for everyone.

    Great location with easy walk to Kings Street, restaurants, shops, and historic downtown area. Overall, it's in decent condition and the layout is good for a family of 4. Off street parking for a single car is nice and there was also available on street parking. The property management company provides good, clear communication. The tub in the primary bathroom needs to be replaced. The tub is cracked in the middle and flexes a lot (surprised it isn't leaking) and the caulk has mildew. The showers are set to put out warm, but not hot water. It's pretty noisy from vehicles and Charleston's endless construction due to the older single pane windows. No yard and no seating on the front porch. Would we stay again? Yes in this area and probably at this property.

    House was spacious, very nice and clean. We had plenty of room for the 3 of us to have a wonderful girl’s weekend. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to do so we could walk everywhere. Will admit that it there was some street noise but would lesson after about 10pm. However, this did not detract from our stay and would recommend and would stay here again.

    Was traveling with a friend in our 217-year-old daughters. The location was very nice located towards King Street. It was a bit noisy. And a lot of sirens through the night and rowdiness in front of the house. Though at no point to be feel unsafe. The house was amazing and that it was old and authentic. The beds were comfortable , the kitchen was well appointed. The issues we had was that we could not connect to Internet, the duvet people were responsive and giving suggestions but it never worked. The televisions in the upstairs rooms were not connected to any sort of source. That was not a big deal. There were a couple little things broken in the house like a towel bar and a couple door knobs.

    This couldn’t have been a better location for my family and our daughter who attends CofC and also lives in McAllister dorm. The home was very clean and the beds were comfy! It was also nice having St. Patrick cathedral on the same street for my mom to attend. We’ll be back again but this time with our friends to enjoy King St!

    Nice property, clean and spacious. On-site parking (driveway). Good location, walking distance to King street, close to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Smooth contact-less check-in and check-out, excellent instructions delivered the day of arrival, responsive host. Enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely book again.
