This is an eight-hectare estate in the Tuscia countryside, 45 minutes from Rome. Here you will find two independent villas for your exclusive use, each with its own swimming pool. Animals roaming freely, an organic vegetable garden, a pond with ducks and swans: this is the place to rediscover your time.

The first villa, measuring 220 square meters, is the original house furnished with family heirlooms and objects found in flea markets. The second villa, measuring 190 square meters, was originally an agricultural shed that has been converted into a cozy home. Both combine the classic style of a country villa with modern comforts.

The estate has two saltwater swimming pools, an organic vegetable garden where you can pick herbs and vegetables, a chicken coop with fresh eggs, a farm with miniature animals, and an ornamental pond. Your four-legged friends are welcome and will be treated with the same care as every guest.

In Sutri, visit the Roman amphitheater carved into the tuff and the Etruscan necropolis. In the surrounding area, explore Lake Vico, the Madonna ad Rupes in Castel Sant'Elia, Palazzo Farnese in Caprarola, the bohemian village of Calcata, and the Park of the Monsters in Bomarzo with its monumental sculptures.
