Edgartown - Vacation Home In A Great Location!!!!

A very people friendly property, with 2 1/2 baths and enough A/C units and fans for humid and rainy days. Felt safe and peaceful with lovely outside sitting areas. Plenty of kitchen conveniences. Cable a great plus. Enjoyed the bunnies and even had baby robins in their nest under the porch roof area. Thank you.

This is the third time we have stayed at this home in the past 3 years. It is always clean and well maintained. It has an excellent washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with any serving wear and cooking items that you need. There is lots of room in the three bedrooms. The yard is very nice for children and pets.

This property was perfect for us. The yard is huge, perfect for outdoor games. The master bedroom suite on the first floor is perfect for seniors. Lots of space for family activities on main floor. Easy access to the rest of the island, the ferries and the airport. Only one small downside: a jarring pot-holed dirt road to get to the home. A really great vacation venue for us!

We really enjoyed our week at the house. Our hosts were so responsive(like within minutes) to any of our questions and the description didn't disappoint. We had everything we needed and then some and felt really comfortable just hanging in the house when the weather wasn't great. The location was great between being a couple miles from town or South Beach or less than a mile to Morning Glory along with easy access to oak bluffs. Nice and private and quiet but access to all the island offers. Thank you so much for letting us share your home!!

My family and I had a wonderful time here! The location is perfect! Huge/private yards..it’s quiet. You are close to the beach and downtown Edgartown. I am actually on the ferry heading home (RI) and I already miss MV/this house so much. The house is open and has a lot of space! Perfect getaway vacation. Thank you.

Absolutely loved this property. Everything was perfect and convenient. The house and grounds were everything we looked for and more. Absolutely loved the soothing sounds of birds and winds. Nice secluded spot but close to downtown and beaches. Very well kept grounds and spaces to relax. The owners were super quick to respond to all my questions and inquiries. This was a very a special stay for my family and parents. We made some great memories and had an enjoyable time at the Vineyard. Would definitely love to come again. Thank you Rich and MA.

We stayed here to celebrate Christmas with my daughter and husband who live on island. The house was perfect set up for 6 adults and plenty of room. The kitchen was outfitted with everything needed - even to cook a Christmas Roast! The location seems like it is 15 mins from everything, boat, beach, shopping. Check in was easy, wifii and cable service were great, the host has thought of everything.

The property is nice as advertised. Nice Wajer and dryer. Rooms are large. The downstairs master bedroom toilet is very old and needs to be replaced.
