Edgartown Family Getaway! Now Booking 2026!

This is such a great house in a great location. So close to so much and easy to get to nearby towns. The setup of the house is perfect for two couples with kids. We will definitely be renting again here!

We had a truly fantastic stay at Edgartown Family Getaway. The check-in process was a breeze thanks to the very clear instructions we received beforehand. The home was exactly as described and even more charming in person. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful both before and during our trip, answering all of our questions quickly. It was such a relief to find a pet-friendly property that was also so clean and well-maintained. Our dog absolutely loved the fenced in backyard and wooded area of the property. We would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Martha's Vineyard and will definitely look to book again!

Great stay!

The property was clean with an open floor plan. Every one had their own room and their own bathroom. The property was completely fenced in which was wonderful for our dogs. It was in a great location, close to many of the towns but removed from the road so we were able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Vineyard.

We really enjoyed staying at this house! The location was great, a short drive to downtown Edgartown, but nicely secluded in the woods. The house is very nicely decorated and furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed (but not overloaded with too much stuff!). The layout of the house gave 4 adults plenty of space to spread out. I would definitely stay here again!

We were thrilled. This house was beautiful and very comfortable! We were on island for a family wedding and wanted a place to relax together between events. On our Lyft ride there, it felt like a long windy dirt road to nowhere. The yard was very private and well landscaped. We went for a walk and were pleasantly surprised to be on a main road after less than a mile walking. Very pleasant walk to downtown and back. The house was very clean. There are 3 bedrooms in the main part of the house. 2 of the bedrooms have private bathrooms and the people staying in the 3rd bedroom have their own bathroom just outside their room. To access the 4th bedroom, you need to go outside. That bedroom is a room with a large bed and a bathroom with no shower or tub. We ended up not even using that room.

Great secluded place and only 10 minutes from the center of Oaks Bluff and even closer to the Edgartown center. The backyard was great for the dog and there is plenty of space for large families to interact

This was our second visit to this Property, in an off-road section of Edgartown that we lovingly describe as the 100-acre-wood (a la AA Milne). The home is fabulous with every imaginable amenity. A perfect retreat from the hectic lives we lead. The homeowners are incredibly helpful and responsive. If ever we picked up and headed north permanently, we would want a place just like this!

Property and Owner was great. Very Comfortable for 6 girls on a shopping weekend.Owner answered all my questions promptly and even let us check in early so we could drop our bags off as we had no car and were ubering for the weekend. Lovely property. Nice Experience.

We had a great week in this comfortable, clean, spacious home in Edgartown. Great location for access to Bend in the Road beach. Loved the fenced in yard for our dog and the patio for relaxation. The yard has beautiful hydrangeas and is well maintained. Beds were comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The owner really cares about guests having everything needed for the week. The dirt road was a bit bumpy but we adjusted. Very private.

We enjoyed this house, outside Edgartown. Well maintained and excellent for us and friends. For bikers be advised that the location requires a relatively short ride over a dirt road from the main paved road.

The house was fantastic for 8 adults! There was plenty of space for all & the outdoor shower was a treat. It was so quiet & peaceful for sleeping & a very restful spot. We were in town for a family wedding & everything was perfect , including our host Ryan who gave us wonderful recommendations of places to go. My girlfriend and I stayed at this house for an extended weekend. The house is very clean and has a nice open layout. There is a master bed with attached bathroom on the main floor and another on the second level which was great for 2 gals. The kitchen was well equipped to be able to cook meals at the house. Edgartown is a lovely town with lots to do. The owner was quick to respond to a few questions and there is a little handbook in the house which was also very helpful. I would recommend this house and stay there again.
