Very friendly and helpful host! Clean large home in a great neighborhood! Our only complaint would be that there were no blinds/curtains on either back sliding door!

Beautifully done property. Communication with the property management was a breeze, slept all of us comfortably. Great linens, and comfy beds... The house was exactly what we were searching for. We lived it so much, we didnt want to leave. Thank you for a freat graduation weekend.

The house was spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was amazing. Everything we needed was close by.

The home was nice. Plenty of space. The shared bathroom with a door dividing sink and vanity from shower and toilet helped everyone get ready on time.If I needed a place in this area again I would definitely book this home again.

Beautiful, quite and clean

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Brand new, plenty of room and very comfortable. The location was central to many attractions. Check in process was seamless. Very nice.

This house has a marvelous open floor plan & plenty of space for a family gathering. It is located near shopping, restaurants, and spring training ballparks. One feels safe in the gated community.

This property was beautiful! It was nice that it was all on one level. There was a kids playground across the street, conveniently located. There were various maintenance issues which have been sent to management (that they will hopefully take care of). If you like an owner who is communicative, this is not the place for you- we didn't ever reach out, but all we heard from them was the pre-arrival email with check-in instructions. It was a great space for 10 people and a pack-n-play was available on site. A garage door opener was also provided. TVs are all FireTVs (as a note). There are no blinds or curtains on the sliding glass doors which face toward an afternoon sun (not a problem in winter, but could be HOT in an Arizona summer). There was also a Ring doorbell and a camera on the back fence facing toward the yard. TL;DR: Beautiful, modern home. Some minor disappointments that could add up. My family is pretty lenient when it comes to our stays.

Overall, a nice property. There's always something that can make it better. I have a few gripes with the property and its amenities. First issue is with the bed linens and towels. The scent of the detergent was overwhelming! Everyone I had over can attest to that. Even the people who enjoy scents! Second issue is with the sectional couch. If I had to guess, I would say that the couch was bought at a second hand store or from goodwill. It had no support in any of the seats. If you sat down, you sank! The couch wasn't even the one pictured in the property posts. Third issue was the sun beating down on the living room in the late afternoon. Blinds or curtains would be nice! Fourth issue was the trash. Both the recycle and regular trash cans were more than half full and not properly separated when we arrived. I took out two very full cans the night before we left. Finally, if you are going to have area rugs, they should be placed properly and the edges and corners should be secured to the flooring beneath. The area rugs were either bunched up or had corners sticking up creating a tripping hazard.
