Welcome to your East Dennis sanctuary, 94 Old Town Lane, an elegant coastal retreat where every detail invites you to relax, play, and embrace the Cape Cod lifestyle. This four bedroom, three and a half bath home offers nearly 4,400 square feet of living space designed for comfort, connection, and effortless entertaining.

The true centerpiece is outdoors. A heated in ground saltwater pool sparkles beneath the sun, surrounded by a bluestone terrace perfect for lounging, dining, and gathering. At one end, an attached waterfall spa creates a soothing cascade, ideal for unwinding after a day on the beach or enjoying a star filled Cape Cod night. Alongside the pool, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grill, refrigerator, and sink makes alfresco cooking a breeze. Evenings come alive around the outdoor gas fire pit, where you can settle in with conversation under the Cape Cod sky. Lush landscaping frames the space and transforms the backyard into your own private resort.

Inside, light filled living areas flow seamlessly. The chef’s kitchen is both functional and stylish, with premium finishes and an expansive island that serves as the natural heart of the home. The open dining and living spaces invite everyone to gather, while multiple access points lead outdoors to patios and decks for true indoor and outdoor living.

Four serenely decorated bedrooms provide the perfect balance of comfort and privacy. Upstairs are three bedrooms. Two of them have king beds and private en-suite baths. The third features a queen bed and has its own full bathroom nearby in the hallway. Downstairs you will find the fourth bedroom which has 2 sets of bunks beds (four twin beds) and a half bathroom across the hall.

Set in the desirable village of East Dennis, this home offers more than just luxury amenities. It places you close to some of Cape Cod’s best experiences. Explore Sesuit Harbor, launch a boat or book a charter, stroll historic Route 6A, and discover nearby farm stands, galleries, and restaurants. Harborview Beach is just .7 miles away, while Corporation Beach is 1.6 miles, Mayflower Beach is 3.5 miles and Chapin Beach is 4.3 miles. Picturesque Dennis Village along historic Route 6A is 1.7 miles away with plenty of great shopping and dining options.

Pool and spa are open and heated from 5/20/26 to 10/9/26. 4 Night minimums in shoulder season. 7 night minimums, Sat. to Sat. in peak season. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Dogs may be considered on a case by case basis. All linens and towels are provided. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $150-$250 fee that includes administrative fees and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional damage protection which may be required at this property.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is a really nice size with a large kitchen. The description on the rental listing describes a gourmet kitchen. This is definitely not a gourmet kitchen and given that we had planned to cook most of our meals this was a real negative for our family. First the pots and pans were filthy when we arrived, I had to go buy SoS and scrub every single pan before we could even use them. The stove only had 3 working burners, and one was for simmering only so it made it difficult to cook for the family. The grill when we arrived was also filthy, we had thought to bring our own grill so were able to use that, we never touched the grill at the house. There were no measuring cups or spoons, mixing bowls, nothing really to prep meals with, also something I would expect in a gourmet kitchen. Overall the house was nice, good size, but for the price I expected more.
