Eagle's Nest - Lake Michigan Private Beach & Year-Round Hot Tub! Manistee, MI

The house is very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the beach, fire pit, hot tub and amazing view of the lake. The house is close to the downtown area. We would definitely stay again!

The kitchen was fully stocked and awesome. The hot tub was great.

Our family enjoyed this cozy getaway during our Thanksgiving break. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The view was gorgeous. And the location was perfect, between Manistee and Ludington, which made for the ideal day trips to support small businesses over the holiday weekend. Although we typically visit Lake Michigan during the summer to enjoy the water and warm days, our snowy adventure was a nice change and this cottage offered all the amenities to make our time away relaxing and enjoyable.

We had a picture perfect weekend. The house was immaculate, amazing, and more than we expected. The views were incredible, great access to the beach and other activities in the area. We loved the hot tub and saw a bald eagle fly by. Would highly recommend.

The Eagle's Nest is a beautiful home that lives up to it's name. We saw a number of eagles flying overhead on three different days. The home looks brand new and can accommodate several guests comfortably. I highly recommend this wonderful getaway. We most definitely plan to return!

We had a long weekend girls trip. This house was amazing and I’d come back again. Immediately hit with the incredible lake view when we walked in the door. The house was equipped with all you could need. The steps to the beach weren’t bad at all. We walked the beach and found several pieces of beach glass. A short drive to town for the river walk and restaurants. The hot tub was the perfect was to enjoy the cool evenings and pretty views.

We enjoyed the stay very much! The property and home are well maintained and very clean with a spectacular view of Lake Michigan. We were also just a short drive from town. Our family of 8 enjoyed the hot tub, beach access, games, and the fire ring. We definitely recommend this great home!!

the house common area was great, and the back deck and yard had a wonderful view of the lake and sunsets. Nicely furnaced good for a group of people.

It's exactly perfect for the characteristics we were looking for..beach access, cooking together and gorgeous view for eating and relaxing. Very comfortable inside and out. It was so spotlessly clean and equipped with just every thing you could possible need. Quiet, too!

Beautiful home with all the amenities. Something to do for everyone but going out to the lake with the entire family is exactly what we hoped for and when our 13 & 16 yr old daughters put their phones down to go look for sea glass we knew that this was a great choice. Excellent communication with the host, clear and easily understood instructions and expectations left no surprises from booking to checking out. Highly recommend and we would love to return to this property for future visits.

This property has so many wonderful features--the view of Lake Michigan is amazing; the wonderful use of space is great; very well stocked kitchen; comfortable beds; top-notch appliances; fabulous hot tub. And we could go on. Eight of us were very comfortable in this well-designed space.

This was by far the best vrbo I have stayed at. The house was so well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, spices, etc. There were lots of games and books available. The house was cozy and very clean. Amazing views, lots of space, wonderful hot tub, lots of options available for relaxing. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. This was the perfect rental for a relaxing weekend with friends. My sisters and cousin and I found our experience at The Eagle's Nest to be welcoming, fun, and comfortable. The home was clean, well-stocked had plenty of space, bedrooms, wall hooks, and privacy to accommodate 5 adults. (Loved having the half-bath in the basement, btw.) We woke to a beautiful view of Lake Michigan, listened to the steady sound of crashing waves, and took in stunning sunsets. The place had a warm, inviting energy, like staying at a friend's house. There were comfy blankets and soft lighting for an intimate feel. It felt bigger and flowed better than the pictures show. Everything was in working order and it had a fully-equipped kitchen. Extras like batteries, teas, night lights were available. The large dining table seated six comfortably. We took advantage of the extensive board games available, the wide selection of books, and were impressed by the Disney movie collection. WiFi was strong and the majority had cell service (AT&T was spotty, Verizon was solid). The hot tub was a nice feature, clean and easy to operate. The fire pit was large, the outdoor shower was useful, and the tree swing was a hit. The owners had a thorough welcome guide with the best layout of any rental I’ve stayed at. We hiked areas within 50 miles every day. Charming Manistee was close, has grocery stores, and a seasonal ‘Ghost Ship’ that 2 of us attempted. The property is very well kept and in a quiet area. Close to many hiking trails, dunes, bluffs and beaches. The sunsets were stunning and sounds of waves at the shore were hypnotic. We saw the northern lights and the area regal eagle too.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our 10th anniversary. The house is charming and stocked with everything you could need. The hot tub, fire pit and breathtaking views of Lake Michigan make this property one-of-a-kind. Great communication with owners Abby and Kyle. Would book again in a heartbeat. We love Manistee, and wanted to go there for a mini vacation. We looked for a place to stay, found the Eagles Nest and was very happy with our decision to stay there. The view was spectacular, the house was clean and had everything we needed. We loved our time there and we will go back.

Great family spot with a beautiful view. Well stocked kitchen to cook in. With access to the lake made it such a great retreat. Loved watching the sunset from the Jacuzzi!

This house offers amazingly beautiful views of Lake Michigan and so much more! The property owners are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It offers so much for the whole family! Our family enjoyed daily walks along the shore, bonfires, hot tub fun, hiking at nearby trails, playing board games, and working puzzles.
