Part of a split-level duplex in Port Aransas that combines two separate properties, this vacation rental boasts a wraparound deck and access to a pool that is shared between the two units.

Unwind on the shores of IB Magee Beach Park or cast a line and fish off Horace Caldwell - both just steps from your door. With an in-town location, you’re in the perfect spot to explore downtown boutiques, local restaurants, pristine golf courses, and sprawling nature preserves.

The unit has its own spacious living/dining/kitchen areas and offers combined sleeping space for up to 8.

LIVING AREAS

In the large living room, you’ll find cool tiled floors and ample space to relax. Stretch out on a comfy sectional or a full-size futon and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

BEDROOMS & BATHS

The guest bedroom comes with a queen bed, twin-over-full bunk bed, and a flat-screen TV. Enjoy access to a balcony that overlooks the town in each of the bedrooms.

Take a dip in the private pool shared between the duplex’s two units. Surrounded by palm trees, the fenced yard provides guests with a private outdoor retreat. Beneath the home, you’ll find a shady spot to unwind around covered picnic tables. Whip up dinner on the shared propane grill.

NOTE: The Dunes Condominium is located directly east behind the house. It is currently being remodeled due to damage from Hurricane Harvey.

The elevator on the property is not available to guests due to insurance and state regulatory restrictions.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

    This property is spacious clean and comfortable. Excellent views of the ocean and ship channel. Long term (6 week) rental for us. Great location - short drive to great restaurants, shopping and the ferry.

    Location, views, easy access to everywhere, wonderfully stocked, very clean, the pool is excellent. Only downside was all the stairs we have to climb. We're 70 yrs. old now & getting to be more difficult every yr. We love the place otherwise.

    We had 2 issues (the front door lock was wonky and leak uner the kitchen sink) but that didn't impact our fun. Overall fwe ound our stay pleasant and would def book again. Wish we could've used the elevator to take all of our bags up to the 3rd floor. The pool was nice and was shaded after 2:30 so that was awesome in this Texas heat. We found it to be very clean and we were able to find everything we needed. The art and paintings were super cool, and everything was very nice. Our kids enjoyed the shared pool and our dog had room to move around securley with a gated fence.

    First, I would buy this property bc I love the location so much. Just be aware that Vacasa is property management company and you will not be dealing with a local or even same cust serv rep. so property questions or concerns can’t really be addressed or are answered same day.

    Check in time is too late (4pm), check out time is too early ( 10am) inless you want to pay. Property was on the third floor. It had an elevator not funtioning, hard on a person with a handicap or of age.

    This apartment is everything we wished for a short trip with our teens and dog before they moved out to college. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped like a home from home. The location is perfect just walking distance from the beach. The pool in the house after a day in the beach for relax and chills is a plus!! And the view! We definitely will going back!!
