Nestled in the ocean sand dunes on the town's most exclusive street, Dune: Stay is unique for its privacy, big balcony and 270-degree views across the dunes and Tokuremoar Reserve. You'll have a ringside seat for the colours of the day, with 3-minute walking access to the beach, a quiet cul-de-sac locationand all the comforts of a newly and tastefully renovated family holiday home over two levels.

The views are a constant delight and children almost look after themselves, with safe access to the beach, the expansive reserve with its possibilities for ball games, kite-flying, dog exercise and even some pitch and putt, and The Encounter Bikeway just metres away.

The top-floor Balcony Suite (with WIR and ensuite bathroom) and large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with floor-to-ceiling windows enjoy breathtaking views. Both the bedroom and living area open onto a large dune-side balcony, the ideal place to take dining and leisure outdoors and make the most of the sea air and elevated views. Kangaroos often look back at you from the dune tops! And there's another balcony overlooking the reserve for morning coffee and sunshine. You can even floodlight the dunes at night to enjoy the view after sunset.

Downstairs, the second and third Garden Bedrooms overlook a fenced private garden at the base of the dune, with access to a garden patio via the bunk room. A living room and bathroom complete downstairs as the perfect area for children and additional adult guests.

Dune: Stay sleeps up to eight guests (6 Adults and 2 Children):

Bedroom 1: Queen master bedroom with ensuite and WIR
Bedroom 2: Queen second bedroom with BIR and bathroom adjacent
Bedroom 3: Bunk room for four (NB: bunks not suitable for adults).

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.

Dining: eight-seat dining table; eight-seat outdoor dining.

Living areas: upstairs and downstairs with sofas, large-screen TVs, DVD/Blu-Ray/book/magazine libraries.

Kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric oven and hob, large pantry, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, sandwich toaster and all small appliances. Weber Family Q bbq on the balcony.

Bathrooms: ensuite to main, separate WC upstairs, shared bathroom downstairs, laundry with washer and dryer. Note: no bath but a tub is provided for babies!

Wireless NBN.

Air-con: Reverse cycle split system upstairs.

Note: The air conditioning unit is currently unavailable due to an unexpected breakdown and requires a new part, with the earliest repair date scheduled for 8 June. Portable heaters are provided at the property for guest comfort during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Pet security: fenced garden dune-side with lawn and shade.

Stair gates were provided for the safety of small children. High-chair also provided.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

Extra Guests
You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
