Are you ready for your Dune Dreamer oceanfront vacation Take a dip in your own private pool or hang out underneath the carport. Stare up at the starry sky as you relax in your own private hot tub. There is an outdoor shower for you to use to clean up before going inside. For the grill masters of the group, they will enjoy the gas grill provided. There is an elevator here to help carry your items up. (Please note that the elevator reaches up to the third level, with the fourth level easily accessible by stairs.)

On the second level, challenge your friends to a game of pool or arcade and enjoy libations from the wet bar. If you'd rather read your favorite book, enjoy the sitting area on this level. As far as sleeping accommodations go, you can choose between the King En Suite with its own private bathroom and deck access, the King Bedroom, or the double Bunk Bedroom. Those two rooms share a full bathroom that is located in the hallway. There are two deck accesses off of the recreation room. Step outside and enjoy the view! It doesn't get any better than this.

Up on the third level is where memories are sure to be created! Look out the vast windows and catch a glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean staring at you. Feel free to open a window to catch some breezes off the beach. On this level, you will find a full, modern kitchen with bar stool seating, a half bathroom, and a comfortable great room with an electric fireplace. There is a dining table to enjoy a great meal together or play your favorite board games. Venture out onto the outdoor deck and enjoy your favorite beverage while you listen to the outdoor sounds of the Outer Banks. Who gets to enjoy the King En Suite with deck access There is one of those on this level as well.

Your group will have to draw straws to determine who gets to sleep on the fourth level. Up here is its own King En Suite with deck access which faces the ocean. With this kind of privacy and the view, whoever stays up here is not going to want to leave!

When it is time to go to the beach, there is a private beach walkway for the entire oceanfront community to use. You will find bench seating and a gazebo as you walk towards the ocean. The view from the top of the steps never gets old.

Guests of our home enjoy access to the exclusive Village Beach Club, a premier oceanfront retreat in the heart of Nags Head, just 6.9 miles from The Tides.

This private club offers a large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, parking, and direct beach access with showers and changing facilities, making it easy to go from sand to poolside in mere minutes. Enjoy seasonal activities for all ages such as scheduled events and pickleball. New for 2026 is Gather, a casual restaurant and bar open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  It's the ideal spot to unwind for a day on the Outer Banks.

Parking is $25 per car per day, and access to the pool and beach is free. The Village Beach Club is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.

Westside Athletic Club Family Pass Included for FREE with Your Stay!

Complimentary access to Westside Athletic Club fitness center, pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and basketball courts. Classes and lessons are available for an additional fee. Family pass includes all 10 guests! Fitness Center is open all year round. Pool is open from Monday-Friday 6am-7:30pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests are welcome to use the pool on check-in day as we prepare for your arrival.

Nestled in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, you will be close to the Wright Brothers National Memorial, local shops, restaurants, and attractions, ensuring an unforgettable getaway at Dune Dreamer!

**Exclusive Umbrella Services from Farmdog Beach Services: (05/03/26 to 09/18/26). This home receives daily oceanfront umbrella and beach chair setup + breakdown services during your stay. No need to lug around your beach equipment when you stay at this home! Service includes (1) umbrella and (4) beach chairs. Setup hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is subject to local ordinances. Cabana service is provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services are available upon request for an additional charge.**

**Want added comfort Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pool will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open all year. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

**Dune Dreamer is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. **
