House was so perfect for bigger family. Clean and they had everything you need for vacation. Only thing didn't like is top floor had 6 bed with only 1 small window unit AC so it was super hot. Do recommended to bring your fan. After we checked out i had text host from Vrbo app and its been 3 days still no response.

The location and rooms were great. The only things we needed was more paper products.

Great location. Plenty of space for a big crowd. We had a total of ten. Kids and grandkids. Note: the lower level suite was nice and quiet for us seasoned citizens.

I was very impressed with this property. It was exactly as described. The owner was very good at responding to messages in a timely manner. It is just minutes from downtown and nestled in very quiet community. We will definitely be staying here again. I have also sent this location to many of our family and friends for future visits. I was so impressed with the loft area. It was a great use of space and well thought out, brilliant actually! Five stars wasn’t high enough.

Property was all we could ask for! Any questions we had for the owner was quickly answered. The property was well decorated and beds were comfy. The house location was within walking distance to most activities we wanted to take part in. Highly recommend and would deff rebook in the future!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Helen because of this property. The kids really enjoyed the 3rd floor open concept . it was all fun in the sun for them. The wife and I got to enjoy Master Bedroom on the second level and it was very relaxing. The owner made check-in and check-out a very simple process.MAJOR HIGHLIGHT: The area is right outside of the Tubing park and when it opens for the summer we look forward to coming back. We were a 3 minute drive from downtown and we walked everyday to fully enjoy the scene!

Check in was a breeze. Very clean, spacious and well equipped home. Very quiet neighborhood and close proximity to everything. Enjoyed our stay and will return!

This property is even more beautiful in person! All my friends were very impressed with the space and accommodations. Perfect for a multi family stay as everyone would have space for privacy. Extremely clean and decorated beautifully. Any questions I had prior to the stay were answered promptly.

Very nice home with good gathering space. Comfortable. Welk-equipped kitchen. Easy access. Layout wasn’t perfect for our group but made it work for a weekend. Kids were happy.

I had some issues that were never addressed. There are a few safety issues such as wobbly railing in loft, wobbly table, door handle popped right off for second row balcony. Railing bars popping off , downstairs sink cold and hot water backwards. Then there was the dead plant in my bathroom and the floor coming up in kitchen. The water damage on ceiling in my room. The thick layer of dust on the deer in downstairs bathroom and under fridge. All of our allergies were through the roof.

Owner communciated very quickly and well. Place was very clean and great size! Great parking area and just 3 mins from town! Would lobe to stay here again in the future.Had 3 groups of parents and kids and 1 pair of parents. Everyone was very comfortable.

We had the best time in Helen! This home was perfectly located to try everything the town offered. The layout of the house was perfect for a family of 12. The kids loft was off the chain cool! I would absolutely recommend this home for any big family or multi-generational family!

If you want a great location with enough space and comfort for multiple family units or traveling group this is for you. The town home is so spacious we, a group of 9, never felt cramped. The older kids loved the loft. Each king bedroom is oversized and the bedding was so comfortable. I was so impressed to see personal touches and well thought out extras like personal care products in the bathroom. If you forget your toiletries, most of the basics were provided such as q-tips, feminine hygiene products, etc. Communication was great with the hosts and they never hesitated to answer my questions. We will absolutely look to book here again if we travel back to Helen.
