Downtown Taber Street Railroad House - Great Location!!

The house is in a great location, and it is very walkable. Everything was exceptionally clean, and Jen is a very responsive host. We plan to stay again when we're in the area!

Such a cute little house! Coming back to a house that has cute Christmas decor everywhere immediately following the Polar Express, made it even more special. I was a little concerned that the house would be too small for 6 people and make us feel cramped but the floor plan makes it feel quite roomy, and we were not cramped whatsoever! This home is VERY close to down town, it is within comfortable walking distance, which was another perk. We absolutely loved staying here - core memories have definitely been created. My only feedback is that coffee creamer would be a nice addition to the coffee station.

Great communication, welcoming host, replied quickly with arrival questions. Home was clean and easy to access. Close drive to attractions, and food. Overall we great experience with the family.

Such a cozy home! It is close to everything. Most places are walkable. The beds were comfortable. The house has everything needed to enjoy your stay. We will be back for sure.

Jen very kindly messaged us to say we could access the property a little earlier than usual as my wife was feeling unwell. As the name implies, a very railway themed property. Nice and clean with simple aircon controls (unlike some we have stayed in). Thank you Jen for making our stay simple, safe and comfortable.

An awesome little home in a perfect location!The only drawback was the moth ball smell but this was easily remedied by opening some windows to air it out.

We were only there for one night, but we loved it. It was walking distance to all of the cute shops and eateries. The decor was lovely and it was comfortable and practical.

The property was in a great location walking distance to shops and restaurants, 10 minutes from Kaibab Lake. The house was clean and cozy. Instructions are posted throughout the house. The kitchen was spacious and well-stocked. I was traveling with my husband and adult children. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

A perfect location to enjoy the little town of Williams, historic old Rt. 66 and have a scenic 1 hour ride up to the Grand Canyon. Jen was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly.

Very close to all activities Williams has to offer. Property was cozy and clean. To say this property is fully stocked would be an understatement. Everything you need is provided. Would definitely recommend to anyone. And will book again when we head back to Williams.

Williams, AZ is a quaint small town. Enjoyed our visit to Grand Canyon. House was within walking distance to town. Jen was great with responses.

Beautiful decor for our polar express adventure!

Very convenient for a family trip to ride the Polar Express; literally walking distance to the depot. While we did not take advantage of the kitchen (just an overnight stay), it was well equipped for any meal you care to prepare. Beds are closed mfortable

This property was very clean, and you couldn’t be its location/distance from everything in town. Plenty of room for a family. The home was also stocked with literally anything you could need.

Overall very comfortable. 2 issues: front door knob did not line up (so wouldn't close other than deadbolt)'. Kitchen floor not level, so stove uneven for cooking.

Our stay at this adorable railroad house was absolutely fantastic! The space was cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed and more. The thoughtful touches throughout made it feel like a home away from home. Plus, the host was incredibly responsive and made sure every detail was perfect for our visit. Cute little remodel, everything in working order, plenty of amenities/gear providing a nice home away from home. PropMgr Jen is very responsive, friendly, helpful. The neighborhood is a short jaunt to Route 66, safe/quite for the most part (a very noisy unattended dog next door but it was temporary). Most importantly, everything was clean... and in working order (super important when it comes to rentals.) Would recommend and stay again!

Let me just first say that the communication with the host was amazing. Jennifer was an incredibly responsible responsive! The house fit us. It was cozy. It was decorated nicely, and the beds were comfortable to sleep in.

House was cute and clean. Location was walkable to main street. Large front porch to sit and enjoy the morning coffee or evening happy hour.

Each year there are 8 of us who travel to places we have never been and 4 of us always stay in VRBO's. This year was a huge success because of Jenn Flagg's home in Williams AZ. The home was wonderfully maintained and large enough to accommodate all 8 of us for meals and game nights! Thanks Jenn for a wonderful time!
