Downtown Meredith Village Cape

Property was well maintained and perfect in terms of convenience to Church Landing where we were attending a wedding.

The property was good minus not enough ac unit and house needed finished painting

We loved our stay at this wonderful property. The location was close to where our daughter was getting married as well as restaurants and shops. The home was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely book again if we come back to the area.

This was the best space! Super clean, 4 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, modern bathroom and a great space to gather for dinners and late night tv. The yard was gorgeous and we walked to most places we went

This is a lovely historic home with modern amenities, a gorgeous outdoor space and great proximity to downtown Meredith. We had such an amazing time and took advantage of the Cascade Spa and shops at Mill Falls and local eateries like George's diner and Lago. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend or stay.

The house is clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay. We liked being walking distance to the Meredith fireworks.

We really enjoyed staying at this cottage! It was perfectly located for the wedding we attended and we loved being in town and able to walk to restaurants and shops. I appreciated how clean the house was and loved the large bathroom and well stocked kitchen. The backyard and fire pit were great!I would definitely book again.

Renters are fantastic and This is a GREAT place in an ideal neighborhood. My second time renting for bike week. Excellent bathroom, spacious yard/fire pit area. My ONLY complaint would be the a/c situation-they definitely need newer window units and possibly 1-2 more.

From the listing photos I thought the property would be in a more remote location. The house is being renovated and I wasn’t expecting that based on the photos on the site. It was easy to walk to shops and restaurants and we enjsculpt

The home was very cozy and everything as described. It's location in downtown Meredith is very convenient making it easy to walk to wherever you would like. We will be back again some day!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect and easy for us to access anything in downtown Meredith. The kitchen was a good size and very usable, with plenty of soap and towels. The property is overall very clean and well cared for. Probably the greatest feature of the property is the bathroom, very updated, spacious, and clean. It really makes for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider renting again.

Absolutely lovely; we were thrilled with the location, the little yard, the comfy beds, and the clean and tidy home that had everything we needed.

This property is very, very pretty. The location in Meredith is excellent and walking distance to many restaurants and the waterfront. The fire pit is fabulous. There was a pile of wood to burn but when we went to start the fire, all the wood was wet so no fire. A simple cover for the wood would have helped, especially when the weather in New England has been very unpredictable. Inside is still under renovation and although much of the big work is done, the finish work is still ongoing. The bathroom is especially nice. The towels and bed linens are also nice. The kitchen still needs basic utensils such as measuring spoons, measuring cups, and a baking sheet (for heating pizza, baking cookies, etc.). We found dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, but no bath soap, which we had to ask for and was finally provided. We've stayed at many properties in Vermont, New Hampshire, Canada, and Europe so with a few additions, this will be a wonderful property to rent.

Great location, Quiet neighborhood close to lakes, shopping and concert venue. nice yard, lovely house.

Everything was perfect from check in til check out. My family and I and our dog had an amazing visit. A short drive to weirs beach and only minutes to walk to local dining and shops. Would highly recommend

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights for a friend's daughter's wedding at Church Landing. The house was just what we needed, it was super clean, well stocked, and the mattress in our bedroom was so comfortable. Great pillows too. It was just 2 of us so didn't check out the 3 upstairs bedrooms. Bathroom is recently updated and also so clean and well stocked. The highlight was the large fire pit which we really enjoyed with a few friends. And the location was very convenient to everything downtown. Loved our stay and would return!

I stayed with my friends for bike week and it was the perfect location. The house is adorable and perfect. It was so perfect, we booked next year.

This lovely home was clean, safe, quiet and very comfortable. Even better than anticipated. Location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. The host was extremely accommodating, even allowing a late check out. Fun to note, when my BIL was trying to leave on Monday AM he has to wait a few minutes while the smallest home town Memorial Day parade went right by the house! Added to the charm of Meredith. Highly recommended and we hope to return.
