Downtown Mall Cottage just off Main St., breweries/wineries 10-30min drive

It's a very cute house - the picture doesn't do it justice - it's almost like a pink color. very cute. Comfy beds.

Good location although you do hear the train sporadically. Tonsler park and downtown mall are both five minutes away. Very nice and responsive host. Good for young kids and dogs.

We were in town for a wedding in Crozet. This property offered great walkability to parks, bars and restaurants. Great rental for anyone wanting to be close to everything in the Charlottesville area

A pet friendly home in a great location! We could easily walk to the downtown mall, to the corner or to grounds. We loved the space. One disclosure, there is not a lot of welcoming space to walk your dog for a quick trip outside, yoh have to walk down the street.

We were lucky to find this gem. The perfect location for all things Charlottesville. Owner was top notch to work with all booking and during stay inquiries were quickly and accurately answered. Plenty of space for a couple of two for a long stay. Every appliance needed was there and working well. An abundance of china, glasses, cooking ware and paper products were stocked. Friendly neighbors. Everything well kept in this cottage. Look forward to another stay here in the future.

My sister and I hubbed out of Charlottesville for three days as we traveled around Western VA visiting family. The cottage is quiet, in a safe little neighborhood a block from West Main St, where we found lots of great dining and shopping options. It was a perfect little base from which to explore the nearby mountains and countryside.

Property was nice and very close in location to everything we experienced - the Historical downtown/mall, Monticello, U of V. Comfortable layout for 2 adults and 2 children. Parking spot on property for one car worked out well. Checkin/out was flawless.

The house was perfect for our three day trip to Virginia to go see our student. Communication with the host was excellent. House was well appointed and in great shape. Pictures are accurate.

Nicely furnished 2BR cottage. Close to UVA. A few blocks from a local park and playground. Not a lot of places to walk my dog but we managed.

This was our second time staying at Sarah's cottage downtown. It's super convenient for our family of four and small dog when we're in town to visit family.

Super convenient for walking to campus and to downtown mall and to lots of good restaurants. Great to have a parking space. Loved the decor! Two comfy bedrooms upstairs and living area with small kitchen provided all we needed. We would happily stay again.

Ideal location in Charlottesville between Grounds and Downtown Mall. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again in the future when visiting the area.

This is a complete Cville gem! A perfect spot to walk to campus or downtown shops and restaurants or a base for day trips. The property is clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. It is close to the train tracks….we noticed the train, but it wasn’t problem in any way. (In fact, the location would make a visit via Amtrak an easy option!). Sarah was flexible, quick to respond and very friendly. I will stay again and highly recommend to any UVA or Cville visitors.
