The house was absolutely adorable — it truly felt like stepping back in time to a simpler, cozier era. Every detail had so much charm, and we instantly felt at home the moment we arrived. The yard was perfect for our dogs to run around and relax, which made the stay even more special for us. The location couldn’t have been better — super convenient to restaurants, shops, and anything you might need, while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. Our host was incredibly welcoming and made everything easy from start to finish. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, charming getaway!

Great Location! Great parking, loved the decor very cool kind of 50’s chic. Host is very intentional with having things for guests to do. Kitchen was well stocked. Great neighborhood it felt very safe.

Have stayed here multiple times. Cute house, great yard. Kitchen has great equipment and spices. Owner is nice and easy to communicate with. Short walk to downtown, and easy access to trails. Dog loves it too.

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s so rare to find an affordable, pet friendly, clean, and cute rental these days. Our dogs loved running around in the yard, being able to bring them made our stay 10x more enjoyable. It was really special to read about the history of the house. We were so close to town we were able to walk to the wedding we were attending and to check out the local shops. I would definitely recommend staying here. My only small critique is that my partner and I found the bed to be rather uncomfortable. Overall it was a great stay and very memorable!

This charming home was exactly what my daughter and I wanted for a relaxing weekend. The house has plenty of space but still feels cozy and warm. It is stocked with everything - fully equipped kitchen, plenty of blankets, wifi, etc. Its proximity to all the good stuff - hiking, skiing, hot springs - made it the perfect place to stay. Michelle was easy to communicate with and generous in her flexibility. I highly recommend this home!

Staying in this quaint little cottage was going back in time and visiting my grandmother house, but with all the modern updates! The cottage was quiet, clean and very homey. We especially enjoyed the heated mattress warmers! We highly recommend this property!

The house is so cozy and walking distance to the historic downtown. We had a wonderful time and were able to go to Cottonwood and Mount Princeton Hot Springs. Both are minutes away. We celebrated Christmas and the host had a Christmas tree up for us . tree us

We loved how close and walkable the house was to everything in Buena Vista! The house is well stocked, clean, and in such a nice setting. We really enjoyed just sitting in the backyard enjoying the weather and observing all the mule deer roam around. Would love to stay again!

My funny husky and I stayed there this week. He loved the fenced yard and the neighbors, who we met when the dogs decided to get to know one another. The house was beautifully furnished and super comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay.

So many interesting details in this quaint, 1800's cottage. We especially enjoyed browsing the antiques and the vinyl collection. And, the backyard hangout was perfect! We were having such a good time, we almost didn't want to leave the house. The cottage is bigger than it looks, but only one (nice!) bathroom (original look and feel but felt newly installed). Comfortably slept me and my husband and our two adult sons. Very easy walk to park/pond and downtown shops and restaurants. Hosts were extremely responsive and very accommodating! Thank you for the stay!!
