Everything about this property was perfect. All the amenities, fully stocked kitchen. We were very happy with our stay.

The beds were very comfortable and the entire property was extremely nice and clean. The hostesses welcome and the amenities made our little getaway perfect. One of the best VBRO properties we have stayed in. We will definitely be back.

The place was wonderful. They take pride in keeping the place nice. We emjoyed the hot tub. We were very close to the shops, we did drive there but we could've walked. I'm planning another yrip to Helen amd will stay here again.

Clean and very nicely decorated with seasonal decor, quiet location with a great view, functional kitchen, we really couldn’t ask for more! We enjoyed our time so much and spent a good chunk of it just relaxing in the hot tub or reading on the porch. Beds were super comfy and again it was SUPER clean and cute. Nice central location without a lot of noise! We loved being right on the river.

Easy walk to the main part of town. Approximately 25 minutes to walk to Hoffer's bakery. House had everything we needed. We would have rated this higher, but the number of air fresheners in the house gave us all headaches. We had to find them and hide them just to be able to sleep.

Great location - within walking distance of Helen shops and resturants. Home came with all the things needed during the stay and provided great communication. We will return :)

Communication with the host was wonderful and we loved the property. There were many thoughtful touches throughout the condo that made it feel very welcoming.

Close proximity to everything (literally walking), extremely comfortable, had everything you could need, Melanie was the easiest to get a hold of and made my birthday very special. Thank you Melanie you were fantastic. If we're ever in the area again, I'll definitely reach out. Thank you again!

The property was immaculate! Anything you could possibly need was provided we really appreciated the gift and our host checking in to make sure we were comfortable. Hubby loved the hot tub the bed was super comfy we also liked the Halloween decorations the proximity to restaurants and downtown was an added plus. We spent the nights sitting on the upstairs patio watching the river those were priceless. This was our very first trip to Helen and it was everything we hoped it would have been.

Regal on the River is a great place to stay. It is very close to everything and the walk to restaurants and tubing is very easy( not on a hill and no incline) The villa has everything you will need for your stay including extra towels and washcloths. The hot tub was very nice. It is very clean and we always love having a place that has keyless entry. The owner is very easy and quick to communicate with. I would defiantly recommend this villa.

Spent 4 days and 3 nights in lovely Helen, Ga! Regal on the River was absolutely lovely! Clean, amazing location, the host was easily contacted and kept in touch. Will definitely recommend to others!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to the activities but far enough away that you feel secluded. Loved sitting on the deck watching the river.

Property was as described. Communication with host was phenomenal. Location was perfect and home was clean. Would recommend nightstands in master for some clothes storage. Overall great stay would highly recommend this home and looking forward to coming back. Thank you.

Came to Helen from Pittsburgh with my mom to visit my cousins. Unit was amazing. We spent all of our time on the patio and in the hot tub. The location is excellent. Loved out tubing trip down the river. Will be staying again soon!

We had such a blast at Regal on the River! Location was perfect, hot tub was soooo relaxing. Beds were absolute perfection, so comfortable! The townhouse absolutely everything we could possibly need, even a first aid kit was available!We didn’t cook but the kitchen had everything needed if you wanted to. I loved that there were multiple cutting boards!There isn’t a water dispenser in the fridge, but there is an ice maker. We were given bottles of water but if you’re like me and drink a ton of water regularly you might want to buy a big jug just in case. We loved the gorgeous springtime Easter decor and the sweet welcome gifts. I’ve never seen a vacation rental with such special touches. We loved staying here, it was a fantastic spring break!

Our Christmas vacation was great. Melanie is a wonderful host and communicates well. Beautiful condo and very festive.

Awesome place to stay. Convenient to downtown. Super clean property. You can tell the owners want you to have an effortless stay while there. I usually don’t give reviews because there’s usually something that I could be negative about but this one gets an A+

Regal on the River was a great stay. Modern amenities, comfortable beds, relaxing hot tub, screened in porch for when the mosquitos were out and a great location. It’s in a quiet location away from the Helen traffic but a quick walk or drive to wherever you want to go. As a family that loves to cook, I wanted to say this place has the nicest kitchen I’ve stayed at with Vrbo. Had a hiccup checking in that wasn’t the fault of the host but they made it up and communicated everything clearly. Will stay here again when coming back to Helen.

This condo was lovely, it had everything we needed, the location was walking distance to many of the attractions we visited, and it was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and screened porch, as well as the fun decorations. The kids loved the big Roku tv. We hope to stay here again on our next Helen vacation!

We loved staying at your townhouse. It’s so beautifully decorated, clean and close to everything we love. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a great place to stay in Helen! This is our second time staying there and plan on staying again next summer :-)
