Plus, it includes private off-street parking in the driveway, fitting two mid-size vehicles .With your reservation you will have access to the bottom unit (Unit A) and will have all of the essentials you need during your stay.



Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by more than four (4) unrelated people. This does NOT apply to families.



Sofa bed available upon request. It is not included in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area. If you plan to use it during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary linens



This rental is fully legal and licensed with the City of Charleston: STR Permit OP2025-06934 and Business License BL025119-06-2021.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



This is a 100% smoke-free property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



Luggage Drop-Off:

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.



‍ To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.



We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.



We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.



❄️ Charleston homes are built for a subtropical climate, and since many are older, severe cold snaps may affect both water temperature and indoor heating.



If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.

Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:

⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.

    The house was older but very nice. We did have an incident with a homeless lady knocking on our door for money and we did see someone walking around our cars but he didn’t mess with anything that we could tell. Other then that it was a very nice trip.

    Listing is very accurate. My only constructive comment would be that 2 of the 3 beds were very soft, which is not good for bad backs. We had one dining room chair break up on first use, and another with very loose legs. Told mgmt company on day 1 about it, but was not fixed fixe by checkout day. I would stay here .

    We enjoyed a great bachelorette weekend at this spot! Check-in was easy and space was well-stocked. Very comfy, cozy and modern and located less than 10 mins from anything in Charleston which was amazing. A couple of comments that could easily be addressed to make this a 10 out of 10 spot: - The kitchen needs a bigger & better pan + a spatula - we tried to make pancakes and even after oiling the pan the batter stuck so we had to throw it all away - The A/C unit needs to be re-jiggered - would not honor any of our settings to keep the temp lower even though we tried to override the routines in place - The master bedroom bed sunk in the middle - made it really uncomfortable to sleep - The parking was a stressor - you had to pull in super far to the right to leave room for the owners car and boat tow and street parking was not an option. When having to swap cars so one could leave, you had to fully circle the block to come back since there was so much traffic on the street during the day that it was hard to get out - The listing says it sleeps 8 - I would not agree. There were three beds, only one of which was a comfortable sleep for 2 people (king size) plus a pullout sofa bed, which does not comfortably sleep 2 people. This space would really sleep 5-6 people comfortably - There are only two full bathrooms - one of which is in the master bedroom so that was tough with a group of 8 All in all - would absolutely stay here again, just with less people
