This property was clean, well equipped and in a perfect location to enjoy everything in Franklin. Main street was easily accessible by foot and we enjoyed several easy walks into downtown Franklin for shopping, wondering and meals. Karen was responsive and answered my questions quickly. We had the best time!

The house was very well appointed and close to everything in downtown Franklin. Our daughter has just moved to the area and this was our second stay in the area and would highly recommend this home. It is a duplex and has a mirror property right next door for accommodating a bigger group.

The property was beautiful, clean and in the perfect location. We had everything we needed, and the host was wonderful. She checked in on us twice to make sure construction in the area was not disturbing us. I would definitely stay again and will recommend to others.

This townhouse was exactly as described and made a fantastic home base for us as we explored Franklin and the surrounding Nashville area. Many choices for breakfast/dining within walking diatance of the property. Of note, there is construction across the street which starts promptly at 7am. Our group were early birds, so it didn't matter to us, but it might to others. Overall, this was a fantastic place and we'd stay again!

We chose this property for the proximity to the downtown area. We walked most of our stay. The home was well appointed and beds were very comfortable. The owner was very responsive and nice. We would stay again in the future.

We stayed at this property for my daughter's wedding in June of 2025. It is perfectly located in the heart of historic Franklin. We were able to walk everywhere! It was clean and decorated adorably and had any amenity we needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

The property was an absolute 5* and Karen was a fantastic host. Truly enjoyed the phenomenal location just 2 blocks walking from main street Franklin to enjoy unique shops and fantastic restaurants. Comfy beds, great linens and a fire pit outback to wind down the evenings. Thank you for a great trip!

Great location a couple blocks from downtown. Beautiful interior design, with spacious tall ceiling rooms and living areas. Nice cozy and private backyard space. Would stay here again in the future.

Our daughter got married in Franklin and this house was perfect. So much room and close to everything. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

What a wonderful place! Walkable to downtown Franklin (2 minute walk to Frothy Monkey yummmm). The beds are so comfortable and the place was immaculate. There is a working kitchen as well if you need to cook anything. We will be back next year for sure.

This home was perfect for our ladies getaway weekend to celebrate my sister in law’s 65th birthday. The house was immaculate, well stocked and so convenient to everything downtown. The beds were so comfy!! We would definitely stay here again.

This house is beautiful and nicely furnished. Also, the location is walking distance to the quaint downtown area with lots of great little shops and places to eat. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

This home was perfect for our girls family weekend! We all came from out of town and the home and amenities welcomed us so well! My mom, sister and I stayed here a few years earlier and were so glad everyone else loved it as much as we did! We had wet and cold weather but the location still allowed us to walk to shop and dinner even in the rain! Karen was quick to respond with our access when VRBO didn’t automate our code at check-in. She didn’t skip a beat getting us in! My family kept commenting on how great the home was and how it had everything we needed for our group. We would definitely stay here again!

we had a fantastic stay at this house! It was well equipped, a fantastic location, very clean and just delivered all the way around! The management team even put a Christmas Tree in the unit that made it feel more like home! Couldn’t recommend this unit any more! Fantastic! 5 stars across the board!

Our stay was perfect! Exactly as listing describes and much more. The home is decorated beautifully with modern country charm. The bedrooms are spacious and beds and pillows very comfortable. The lines are crisp and clean and well made. Plenty of towels all sizes including shampoo, body wash and hairdryer. Washer and dryer was a plus for sure. This home is literally two short blocks from Main Street Franklin and we walked everywhere. Starbucks was our morning walk each morning and just sat down to people watch. Locals were accommodating and friendly with lots of information of what to do and see. This was greatly appreciated! A must visit is Leipers Fork a small town about 5 miles from house. Darling town with little shops and a great restaurant called Fox and Locke . Catfish was amazing! BLT with applewood bacon was to die for! Ice Tea perfectly brewed.Nashville is just 20 minute ride with gorgeous landscape and scenic views of historic homes. Plan your day well for there is so much to do and see. Live music in every bar and grill with great food specials. Typical souvenir prices with lots of choices.This was our third trip to Franklin on school break and have stayed in other homes in the area. 225 Cummins is by far the best rental as far as location, aesthetically pleasing and excellent property manager. Karen communicates promptly and professionally . Karen is extremely accommodating and takes pride in the homes she represents .This home is a pure gem,Sallie Bee

Went with friends for a girls’ trip. The duplex is gorgeous and extremely comfortable. It’s within easy and quick walking distance to Main Street for shopping and restaurants. Parking isn’t great if you have more than one car but parking is available on the street. Beds were very comfortable and it was great having 3 king beds. Will definitely recommend to friends! Karen, the property manager, is really good and responds very quickly,if needed.

This was a girls trip. Wonderful location to walk to Franklin. The space was perfect!

Really well done as we loved having 3 King beds! Convenient to downtown (only a couple of blocks away)but businesses across the street surprised us as we thought it was in a neighborhood. Would still choose this one and recommended to our friends seeking one in the area. Would recommend adding cookie sheet to kitchen and replacing living room rug as it’s pretty haggard.

Perfect location for a girls weekend provided they can all do lots of steps. All three of the very comfortable bedrooms are upstairs. The downstairs living areas are very attractive and well appointed. The town is very quaint and walkable. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is an absolutely beautiful property! Perfectly located in quaint little Franklin with easy access to Nashville. Karen was a doll to work with! If we are ever this way again, this will definitely be our spot!
