Downtown, close to the beach, pet friendly. Recently renovated!

We love this home. The location is perfect, there is plenty of privacy, the beds were comfy, they have skylights upstairs and downstairs, the hosts provide everything you need and the outdoor space is a great place to read a good book. You can prepare all your meals here or you can enjoy a beachfront grouper dinner and a sandblaster right around the corner at the Blue Parrot.Thank you Tom and Tara!! We appreciate both of you for letting us return. We'll talk to you again in September.

It was a bit of a struggle to find lids that fit the pots and pans correctly or sharp knives, but the kitchen had what we needed otherwise. The entry downstairs smelled pretty badly like wet dog, but it is a pet friendly place and once we were settled we just avoided going through the house that way. The house is in the perfect location secluded between both sides of the island. Just a short walk one way for the sunrise and the other way for the sunset. The back deck is perfect for starting or rounding out the day. Just a short walk away to ice cream, coffee and açai bowls making the teenagers very happy. Would love to go back but for 2 weeks next time!! PS - the outdoor shower is amazing!

The house was great and the owner worked very hard to fix the oven successfully. Love the short cut to the beach and the proximity to the Piggly Wiggly!

Everything was great except there was no ESPN or SEC. We are sports people and expected to have ability to watch college football and basketball. We WOULD stay there again

Best home we have stayed at on Sgi. Private, spacious, open concept, location, bright and clean, outside space, awesome foliage. Everything and then some. We leave relaxed and fulfilled, having squeezed everything in and had perfect weather. We can't wait to return next spring. Thanks to our wonderful hosts for allowing us to use their beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located—everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were attentive and made sure every detail was taken care of.

This was our second stay at The Argh House and we enjoyed it just as much as we did the first time. It is conveniently located to everything and is a short walk to the beach. We will be back again.

It was a very nice property and pretty close to the beach, but we ran out of water when we ran showers a couple different times he did come out and fix it, but the water wasn’t quite hot. If three people needed to take a shower quickly It would be cold by the third shower and heads up the grill outside Was just a very small grill that you would find at a park

Our second stay at this property. We love so many things about the Aarg house. The yard, privacy, the ability to walk everywhere, to stores, restaurants and the beach. The homeowners allow pets which is a blessing. We hope to be able to rent again in the future. Tom is wonderful, we appreciate the fact that he is easy to get in touch with.

Our stay was very nice. The location was great...easy access to beach and restaurants. The house was clean and furnished well. However, the outside yard could use some updating. The put-put court is old, broken, not usable at all. The yard is overgrown as well as the path to the beach. It had just rained the week before so the yard was flooded the whole time we were there. Just needs to be a little more maintained. Also good to note that there are a lot of stairs in this house. To get to the master bedroom you will need to go up 2 full flights of steep stairs. The outside porch is nice! Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our visit.
