Downtown Charm - 2BR, Great Location!

Yes, Carrie was Johny on the spot. Had issue with shower head, got taken care of in no time. Carrie was helpful in all aspects of our trip. She is top notch. Will recommend her as host to people who might be heading that way. She needs a raise. Thanks again Carrie.

Wonderful property! Perfect little place to stay and enjoy all things Chattanooga. We really enjoyed waking the the White Duck Taco and enjoying their facilities.

The property was very convenient for the activities we planned. The fenced yard was great for our small dogs. We did have problems with the lamps in the east bedroom. Checked lights bulbs but the issue seems to be no power to both outlets. Sorry about the delay getting checked out.

Nice little house, great for kids due to the small fenced in backyard. My boys loved running in through the grass in the backyard. Nice location only a few minutes away from most attractions.

The location was great, backyard was awsome to sit and relax.

The welcoming yellow doors greeted us and set the mood for our week. Bright sunshiny HOT week, but so much to see and do. The pictures cannot show how comfortable the house is, especially for our dogs who enjoyed the fenced yard and the cool laundry room when it was way too hot for them outside. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The beds were a nice retreat for an afternoon nap to beat the afternoon heatwave. The house was also in a safe quiet neighbohood and it seemed like everything we wanted to see was a short easy drive.

This is such a great house to stay at! With two bedrooms it was perfect for our family and the fenced in yard was perfect for my kids to run around in.

The home was a nice size for two peopleand children ,very comfortable beds,a very cozy place .The kitchen area was very accommodating and easy to work in.The yellow doors made it easy to find and I was a little unsure at first but they accented the place inside and out beautifully.The neighborhood was very pleasant all the houses surrounding the area were very kept up. The neighbors I interacted with were friendly and polite . If you’re going to Chattanooga for any reason this residence Is perfectly located,not more than 15 minutes from anywhere you would wish to go. I would gladly stay here again.

The house was clean and comfortable. It’s a small house so perfect for 2-4 guests. Also close to downtown and everything we wanted to visit.

We visited our daughter at the campus, and it was very convenient for us to see her there. As well, it was very accommodating when she came to eat dinner with us and our other daughter one night. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The only item missing from the kitchen was a measuring cup for preparing meals. We will definitely try to come and stay again when we visit!! This cute home is super close to all things UTC, Downtown and North Chatt which is where we spent our time when not hanging out watching movies and catching up. Lovely weekend! Thanks again.

This house is extremely adorable and perfect for a small family coming to Chattanooga. We brought our toddler and it was extremely close to the zoo and aquarium. The neighborhood is very quiet and cozy.

Y’all, I can’t emphasize enough how cute, cozy, and clean this house was! Our family of three stayed here and it was everything we needed. The kitchen had all the utensils for cooking, the bathroom was stocked with product, the beds were comfy and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay here!

This house was perfect for what we needed. It is exactly as it is pictured. The neighborhood is close to downtown and conveniently located to where we needed to be. Carrie sent clear check in instructions and even allowed us a little later check out time to work around a meeting that I had to be on. Would definitely stay again!
