Everything was clean and well stocked. It was a quiet part of town that I felt safe taking an early morning walk in. Cindy was so quick to respond and so kind and great to work with. Would highly recommend and go again.

Close to everything

The room was so nice and clean and perfect for two people staying together that want separate rooms. It was close enough to walk to things in the town and felt very safe and comfortable! Loved it!

Nice bungaloo right on the north side of time by Betty's, location can't be beat. Cindy is very responsive if you need to reach her. Thanks again for having us.

Cindy was incredible—super responsive before and throughout our trip to Helen, GA. The bungalow was perfect for our family of four and our corgi pup. We loved that we could walk everywhere and always felt safe in the neighborhood and the city overall.We packed in so much fun: hiking Anna Ruby Falls, riding the Georgia Mountain Coaster (twice!), eating all the German food, and sampling plenty of beer and wine. We also spent way too much time (in the best way) at Betty’s Country Store just around the corner.The place itself was cozy and welcoming, with new appliances, great hospitality, and even a Christmas tree that made our stay feel extra special. We had an amazing time visiting the week before Thanksgiving. Thanks for everything, Cindy!

Great location within walking distance to downtown Helen on a nice quiet side street. The place was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was perfect for my husband, me and our 1 year old Shih Tzu. The cabin is adorable and is really close to two restaurants and the Main Street where every thing happens, but sits on a quiet street. It was stocked with most essentials needed and very clean. Cindy responded quickly when needed. We hope to visit Helen again and plan to stay here again.

Great location for Oktoberfest. Just off of Main Street so minimal noise and free parking; easy walk to everything. Easy check in and good communication from host. Would recommend.

Unit was clean and was really a nice place inside and out.we sat a lot on the porch. the last night we even saw a black bear crossing the road from the porch.the unit was everything we needed and enjoyed our stay there.

Cindy is a very hospitable host and had the cottage in perfect condition on arrival. An easy stroll to Main Street activities, yet quiet when it needs to be. We will look here first the next time we plan to stay in Helen. Highly recommended!

A sweet little cottage! The upgrades to the countertops and the interior were great! Location is amazing! Front porch was so enjoyable! Would have loved a box fan, but will definitely take one next time.

The property owner is awesome to communicate with and willing to answer any questions you many have. The little bungalow is so beautiful and clean. We have stayed in many different places in Helen, but this one will be our place for now on. The cozy feeling of home away from home just made our stay perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was included, even a washer and dryer, which we did not use. The perfect location within walking distance to everything. The host was very communicative and responded very quickly to all of my messages and even refunded my pet fee, once I realized my boarder had space. Highly recommend!!!

We had a great stay with our family, including goldendoodle. This was a great location, close to everything but still separated enough to not feel like you can't enjoy the outdoor area. Extremely clean place, and very easy check in/out process. Recommend to anyone!

We've always loved Helen and this little bungalow so we decided what better place to propose?!?! The host was aware of our plans and stayed in touch throughout. The home was clean and perfect. Will def stay here again. Perfect location!

This cozy cottage conveniently located within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Helen has all the amenities one could need and lots of extras. This small cabin features a river facing rocking chair front porch, two small bedrooms and a well stocked bathroom, laundry room and kitchen. Towels, toiletries, detergent, paper towels and many other accessories are provided for your comfort. My only suggestion would be to add vanity mirrors in the bedrooms since there is only one bathroom.

The house was spacious and a great way to get a way from the crowds. Just a quick walk to Betty’s for food or breakfast. I definitely will come back! The only I would change is the electrical plug in some work some don’t. But loves the location just the quietness of it all.

Perfect to walk to town and not pay for parking. Very clean. Only surprise was on such a nice refrigerator ice maker did not work. No big deal. Would definitely stay here again!

We had another great stay at Helen Bungalows. We brought the furry babies and hiked to Anna Ruby falls. It is such a great spot. Close to downtown Helen so you can walk everywhere but a little on outskirts so it’s quiet.

This is my 3rd visit in 4 years. The cottage is very comfortable. The decor is a little rustic and nice. It's the look that i expect for a small town mountain cottage. You a minutes walking time to shopping and restaurants. I will be back for another weekend stay.

Located very conveniently close to downtown. I was expecting 5 beds, but there were only 4, so one of us slept on the regular couch. Other than that, our stay was marvelous.

Lovely little cabin. Slept 3 adults one pre-teen just fine. Close to all the action on the main street (food and shopping). We walked everywhere. We came here for the Christmas market,which is walking distance.You don't really need to drive your car unless you go up to the castle. Cabin was clean. Queen bed very comfy. I will be back . definitely stay here again.

Not very good, old furnishings, roaches in bathroom and kitchen. Poor t.v. and not very clean. Looked as if furniture and beds were never cleaned under, only around the area's you could see. Only positive I could say is the location, would not stay here again.

Everything is only a short walk,town entrainment ect.

I think the cleaning crew must have skipped a lot after the last visitors. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, pet hair on the master bedroom curtains., used coffee pods still in the coffee maker

Great stay here.. able to walk to everything. Be sure to enjoy Betty’s and the Troll Tavern. Octoberfest is the best in Helen!

Was as advertised. Beds were comfy. It was quieter than expected. We walked and toured Helen. Fun time for all 4 of us. Suggestions- night light in bathroom, label the laundry detergent, rugs were dirty, bathroom sink doesn't drain well at all, the blinds do not cover the whole windows, you could add curtains that would fix that, dust under furniture (found dog chew & unused cigarette.

Really nice place in a great location. Hosts are very helpful. It was a nice weekend for the four of us, and i really appreciated it is pet friendly.

The location of this house to downtown was awesome. We could walk everywhere. There was even aa amazing country store right around the corner. Also plenty of restaurants within blocks.

This place was amazing! Walking distance to town but on a quiet side street! This house is super cozy, very clean, and the best stocked house we have ever stayed in. The front porch and rocking chairs take you back to a simpler time. Will be staying here again!!!!

Loved this little cottage. It was perfect for our family of 4. We didnt use the kitchen aside from making coffee but all of the appliances are full size, beds are comfy. Games to play and plenty of extras. I will say the Roku remote wasnt working, even after I replaced the batteries and neither of the bedside table lamps would turn on but it didnt affect our stay. We got the Roku app and made do. I'd stay here again for sure! The easiest check in/out ever too!
