This was an excellent place to stay in Helen, could walk to everything and still have peace and quiet on the back side of Betty’s grocery store! Cindy was great to work with!

It’s a cute little house packed with all the necessities you need for a weekend in Helen. It’s far enough away from the main streets to be able to get a good nights sleep but close enough to walk everywhere in a couple of minutes. Just a word of caution for the guests who’d like eat at the house: the dining room table is sort of squished in the corner so once someone is sitting down, the kitchen is blocked. … but honestly, you’ll find great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner in Helen anyway so we never really used the table.

This property is super convenient to everything in Helen. No need to use your car! We and our little dog were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Will definitely stay here again on any return trips!

My husband and I recently visited Helen Georgia and stayed this cozy little VRBO. It was perfectly located one block off the main road, making it an easy walk to all the lovely little shops and restaurants. We arrived a little early and had the opportunity to meet our host who was so very nice and welcoming. This is definitely one of my favorite places that I have stayed. Everything we needed was available and we will definitely be going back.

Everything was excellent, best trip yet with my girls. Cottage was great absolutely no issues at all. Will definitely be back.

Everything you need is there bring clothes and food that is it. The cabin sits about a block behind main street so you are away from the heavy noise but so nice you can walk to everything. The cabin is cozy and Cindy is amazingly friendly. You will not regret renting one of their cabins.

Absolutely thrilled with our second stay at this cottage. More than clean it was immaculate and so well stocked that we brought nothing with us and everything we needed and more was provided. The location could not be better! Easy walk to downtown Helen. We go every year to October Fest and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. Our host Cindy was so kind and helpful. Highly highly recommend this property. It can't be topped!!! Book it you will not be disappointed!

Everything was great! The location was perfect and we were able to walk to downtown shops, dining and the grocery store was just around the corner. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch across from the river with our coffee in the morning. The host was very quick to reply when booking and during our stay. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at this location several times. All I need is the river and Betty's. So this cabin is nearly perfect for me. Close to shopping and eating locations.

My daughter came from southern Georgia. I came from Hendersonville NC. We met in one of her father's favorite places, Helen to celebrate his life 1 year from his death. We miss him terribly but were able to have fun, share love and do it in the sweetest little cabin ever, except maybe the one next door. I love your places and hope to celebrate my husbands life some more in the future. He was from Germany and we spent long weekends here just to be togehter,

This cabin was the perfect location for sitting on the porch for a quiet night or walking up the block to downtown Helen. I stayed here with my husband, 7 year old son and 1 dog, and everyobe had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!

This cottage was cozy and in a perfect place. Not only were we able to experience down time from our busy lives; the location provided easy access to Helen and numerous State Parks.

We had a great time. Everything was a short walk away. The only downside was there was construction going on right beside our place. It was very noisy. That started very early and didn’t finish until late afternoon.We even had to ask them to please move their van, so we could get off the street.

This weekend was for my granddaughter's birthday. The cottage was comfortable for the three of us and very convenient to downtown Helen. We will definitely be back.

My lovely wife and teenage sons stayed here, their was plenty of room for all of us, property was clean and well kept but the shining star of this place is the location. Quiet and tucked away, close enough to hear the river, and only a 5 minute walk to town. If you stay here to explore Helen you most likely wont even need to move your car unless you are heading out of town.

Wonderful place for my family of 5 to spend the end of our vacation. Had all of the amenities needed wonderful location close to downtown Helen. Can easily walk to most places in Helen without having to pay thr parking fees. Hope to go back in the Summer in the future to do some tubing.

Property is quaint and had everything we needed. Very clean. The best part is that it is within walking distance of the heart of town. Would stay here again.

The weekend was awesome.

The location was great, easy to walk to everything. We had a great weekend getaway with 2 teenagers who enjoyed their time as well. The home was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. We never got the fireplace to work but it’s not something we missed.

Location of this property is excellent walking distance to the town. Would be great in summer because river is right across the street. My traveling companions claimed that their beds were not very comfortable. And due to my age, the toilet was quite low, but I managed. Altogether most everything was excellent. Excellent host, cute quaint setting. Home had everything you need for a good vacation.

We love staying at this cute bungalow. It's well equipped and within walking distance to everything. We enjoy sipping wine on the front porch rockers as we solve the world's problems!

My husband loves to come to Oktoberfest for his birthday. This is the first year that we stayed within walking distance of most of downtown and we are now spoiled. Would definitely recommend this bungalow. Very clean and nice. The host was quick to return our messages. Best part… I could bring my little Morkie 🙂

The house was clean, great location, and a good value. Stayed here with our teen and fur baby. Loved that it was close to everything. Parked the car and didn't move it until we left. The house was very clean and it was really nice to have room to move around when we were there as opposed to being stuck in a hotel room. Will definitely be coming back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location! House was clean, had everything we needed, and owner was very responsive. Fantastic location with access to most everything you could need or want. The river is across the street where you could see people tubing down the river. Hiking, ziplining, and wineries all within about a 10 min or less drive. Highly recommend and would stay here again in the future!

We had an amazing time. The cottage is perfect as everything you need. The best part is how close it is to town where you can just walk everywhere. We did some stuff outside of Helen like hiking and ATV rides and all of those were wonderful too we will definitely be back.

We love staying at this property…they are extremely accommodating and make sure everything we need is available for us to enjoy a wonderful get away! Location is easy walking to downtown….Even when there is an issue, they (Cindy) is extremely responsive and makes everything right! We’ve stayed here before and we will for sure stay here again!
