Downtown Alamosa 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home

The property is located in a great area for walking to Main St. businesses in Alamosa. Having access to a garage was nice. We felt very comfortable during our 4-day stay and would stay here again.

This was a great place for your family to meet. The host and caretaker were wonderful to work with. They had a goodie basket and even a garage to park our car. Nothing was lacking.

The house where I stayed is close to restaurants, parks & a bookstore. The property was very clean & has a full kitchen .It has three bedrooms, two. baths and a washer and drier There is a surprising amount of wildlife in Alamosa. I saw three Mule deer from the front porch of the house. I had a great time.

Communication excellent. Location perfect to both Alamosa restaurants and short drive to Sand Dunes. Great place for families to stay!!

From start to finish, our experience in this home was excellent. The host provided great information for our arrival and use of the house and was very responsive to our questions. It is a very comfortable space and it includes many thoughtful touches throughout: coffee, condiments, and seasonings for our use, comfortable beds and seating, and access to the garage. Thank you!

Very comfortable home for the four us. Walking distance to river park trail, and town. Quiet street, friendly neighbors. Great location for the Sand Dunes, Sandhill Crane viewing, even the town of Creede. Had an 'operator malfunction' with garage door and VRBO host helped us immediately. So kind too! Would stay here again! Thank you!

Nice place to stay!

Excellent hosts and excellent property! They really went above and beyond to think of the little comforts- coffee, condiments, shampoo, etc! Great spot to chill and great location to the campus and surrounding amenities. Would def stay here again!

The house was absolutely perfect. There were plenty of towels, kitchen ware, and space. Beds were comfy. Having use of the garage was also appreciated. The house is well decorated with plenty of thoughtful extras - like tissues, shampoo, conditioner. Nothing was generic all quality products. Great area. Loved seeing the deer around. Would book this house again.

Great stay. Well appointed and the parking was awesome. Having the garage available was something we never get in vacation rentals. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy house, very close to restaurants and campus.

Everything was wonderful. I especially appreciated that Everything was top quality including all kitchen items, towels and bed linens. The owner was easy to reach when I had a question. All rooms were comfortable. It is a top-notch place, and I highly recommend staying here.

Charming home with everything you need and then some. Walking distance to restaurants as well as full kitchen to prepare meals on site. Our grands also enjoyed the PacMan arcade game! Pleasant and welcoming decor. I feel like I chose well for a little getaway with our son and his daughters. It was a great stay.

We really enjoyed staying in this duplex. It was a cozy home away from home with lots of fun toys- the air hockey was a huge hit!- and great location close to downtown and all the sites we wanted to visit. 4 stars on cleanliness because when we sat on the carpets we got covered in dog fur. A golden retriever had definitely stayed there before we did. Otherwise very clean.

Great roomy house with all the amenities

We loved this home and all of the extras provided. There was a snack basket, laundry pods, bounce sheets, spices, coffee/kcups/tea, shampoo/conditioner, bodywash. Very clean and nicely decorated. Close to the college and downtown.

Nice little place close to campus and really close to downtown. Great opportunities to walk dog nearby (no grass in backyard so this was essential).

Property was clean and cozy

This little home in Alamosa was perfect for our family of 4. It is two blocks from coffee shops and restaurants on the main drag through Alamosa. It is also walking distance to a nice park for the kids. We drove to the Sand Dunes National Park both days we stayed - it was about 35-40 minute drive. The home was clean and check in/out was very easy. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed Kevin's place. It had everything we needed. It was a cozy and comfortable place to stay during our conference and we would absolutely stay here again.

Gorgeous home, AC, beautiful, comfortable and spotless. The furniture and bedding is all brand new and the pictures do not do it justice! Great house, right in town, walking distance to everything, and a short drive to the sand dunes.
