Stayed Jun 4, 2026Very clean and well maintained home. We did have one minor issue with the AC unit and the owners were very responsive and had it resolved quickly. We will definitely be keeping this place in mind if we visit the area again.

Stayed Jul 8, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at The Campus Cottage. This home is in a great location, good neighborhood for taking a walk, and setup for a comfortable stay. I would recommend two things: 1.) a blind in the kitchen window facing west to keep the afternoon heat at bay in the summer, and 2.) a good blind or blackout curtains in the bedroom window facing north since the bright street lights can cause a restless night.

Stayed May 24, 2025Everything was just wonderful with this VRBO. We were able to get to the sand dunes in about 35-40 minutes on average. Super cute and well kept home. Everything you need in town is literally within 5 minutes. Owners were very quick to chat for questions. Loved it! (I didn't realize there was no ac throughout the house, but the temp was just fine this time of year. The bedroom has a window unit that worked great!)

Stayed Mar 18, 2025Alamosa and the San Luis Valley is a very nice place to visit. We visited the Monte Vista Wildlife Refuge to see the migration of Sandhill Cranes migration north to the greater Yellowstone ecosystem, and the Great Sand Dunes National Park, which was something.
