Stayed Dec 31, 1969Mike was extremely easy to communicate with during the whole process! Property was very clean and more spacious than the photos give it credit. Super close to everything downtown and was very comfortable to hold my larger group! Will definitely recommend and rebook in the future.

Stayed Jan 16, 2020The rooms are large. Everything worked great, from the appliances to the snow shovel. We chose the property for the location, but were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable we were. Plus, Mike responds right away to any questions. Thanks for making our stay easy!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We came over from the UK, for the graduation of our daughter at Grand Valley State University. Really well placed for downtown and restaurants etc. Property very well equipped and cosy. Parking easy. We would look to stay here again when visiting Grand Rapids.

Stayed Nov 14, 2019This house is in a great location. It is walking distance to down town, restaurants, coffee shops. It is close to the freeway so easy to get to other parts of the city. It is an older house but has been nicely renovated. It has lots of space and is stocked with everything you need. It is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Mike is easy to get a hold of and responds quickly to any inquiries. We have stayed at both of his properties and have not been disappointed. We will definitely be staying again when we get back to Grand Rapids.
