Stayed Jul 2, 2025My extended family of 11 shared both houses in order to visit other family in the area. We enjoyed being within walking distance of everything downtown New Bern had to offer. The homes were comfortable and included everything we needed. We utilized the outdoor grills to cookout which made feeding a large family a breeze. We also found several restaurants in town that were able to accommodate us. We had 6 vehicles but there was plenty of available parking on George and Queen Streets to accommodate our extra vehicles. Property was exactly as described so we felt we were prepared for our trip. Communication from the hosts was very clear. I highly recommend the New Bern Trolley Tour if you’re new to the area to learn more about the history and everything this area has to offer.

Stayed May 14, 2025We were in New Bern for a family wedding and rented both houses at this location for 9 adults, We could not have asked for anything more. So close to everything. Clean. Great Communication. Comfortable Beds. Wells stocked.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025Our families stayed here for 3 nights, at the time of booking it was unclear to me that it consisted to two side by side units. That ended up being fine and gave everyone plenty of space. Dogs are allowed, but we encountered the next door neighbor who is not dog friendly and was very rude one morning because one dog was off leach for a brief moment, (small, very old dog). Both units were very clean, one did have ants all over the kitchen counters but property management was very quick to address the issue and took care of it with some ant traps. This is a full time rental, and all the beds are not very comfortable. All parties in our group thought so anyway. It’s very walkable, and the neighborhood is what it is. There is a very dilapidated house right in front of the units.
