The property was great. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook any type of meal. Views were awesome and the dock was great to walk on and fish from. Would definitely rent again.

The house is gorgeous as are the views from every room! The beds are comfortable, as are the gathering areas. We didn’t cook much, but it looked like all would be there for any cooking needs. The outdoor spaces-swings, hammock, dock are marvelous as well. The beach isn’t far away and we enjoyed the quiet of the bayside. We would recommend at stay at Legacy Retreat!

The location was amazing especially for viewing the sunset! It is also easy to walk to the beach to see the sunrise. The kitchen has every thing you could need even a kitchen aid mixer for bakers like myself . Comfy furniture and beds. Very nice bathrooms. We were quite pleased and gave booked again for next year.

I was hesitant to book this property as we wanted a home in walking distance to restaurants and other activities. I am so happy we decided on this property. It is truly beautiful inside and out. It was the highlight of our trip. We never wanted to leave this beautiful home. The photos online are nice but do not do this gorgeous home / views justice. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Liza has thought of everything! We will definitely go back to St. George's Island and hope we can rent this beautiful home again. Thank you, Liza!

The house was clean and welcoming. Extremely beautiful home and view. Fishing off the dock was a huge joy for us during our stay. The house is close enough to everything to not be out of the way and far enough out to be quiet and peaceful.

Amazing bay front home. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for an amazing get away. This is my second time staying and the experience is incredible from communication to the location, the dock for fishing and the home is clean and very well maintained.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! Plenty of room for the 5 of us, and you could fit more (especially if you have little ones). Well stocked with everything you need. Beautiful views and we loved the fire pit outside. Close to the beach and restaurants. Loved that we could bring our dog. We will definitely return for another visit in the future!

I’ve stayed at this house numerous times. Everything is always clean. The host is always available to answer any questions we may have. I’ve been there with and without my pets, this last visit was without. The kitchen is wonderful. I always enjoy cooking when I’m at Legacy Retreat on the Bay. I always love the view!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! The home was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for my husband and me, our daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter, son, and two pups. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with quality cookware, utensils, and appliances, which made preparing meals a pleasure. The views of the bay were absolutely beautiful, and we truly enjoyed the peaceful setting. We look forward to visiting again!

This house was absolutely gorgeous! More space than the 2 of us needed but we knew that ahead of time. Cant wait to rent again next year and bring more family with us! Highly recommend. Absolute Heaven!

My husband had a great morning fishing from the dock that first day, caught tons of redfish. The home is just as nice as pictured and plenty of room for us. If you have tiny ones may want to bring a couple of baby gates, we didn’t even think about it lol, but the owner has one you can use. The tiny warriors we carried with us enjoyed splashing at the beach and collecting seashells. BJs pizza had an amazing buffalo chicken pizza, and it was a nice slow down retreat

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Well kept and had plenty of furnishing for our week on SGI. The kids loved fishing in the pier and watching the sunsets too.

We’ve been visiting the island for 5 years now and this house has been the best house we’ve stayed at! The home is perfectly decorated and the house is stocked with high quality items. Nice memory foam beds, amazing pillows, fully stocked kitchen, double head shower in the master. It’s obvious that the owners put time into the home to make it feel as cozy as your own. Oh and the view of the bay and sunset, AMAZING! I highly recommend and will stay here again!

The home is beautiful and away from all the beach goers yet on the water with beautiful views. Many amenities.The owners were very responsive.I only gave the overall rating a four because of the weather.

Great hideaway near Big Bend and exploration

Great house and location. Great fishing right out the back door. Everything you need for a quick gateway or longer stay on SGI. Liza was very responsive and gave details needed.

Our family has been coming to SGI for many years and have stayed in quite a few rentals. Never have I ever stayed in one so well stocked. The owners have thought of literally everything. I brought a lot of my own spices because we like to cook fresh seafood. To my excitement, there was a spice cabinet already stocked! Liza was extremely easy to work with and the communication was great. We enjoyed relaxing, fishing and enjoying the views on the bay. We had one very windy day because of hurricane Milton moving through in south Florida, but the rest of the week was beautiful. We can’t wait until our next visit to the area and would definitely rent again.

This is our 2nd stay. We were kept well informed by the owner about the status of the property after the hurricane. So thankful damage was minimal and we were able to enjoy a perfect week on the island. As always, the house is everything we could want, so well stocked and comfortable. The layout and details are perfect and the owner has thought of our every need.
