Dogwood Flats - A cozy guest house in the oak trees!

Oh what a great place for a quiet get away. Beautiful views of Sonoita. we absolutely loved the Welcome Basket. Even the puppy enjoyed it.

Jessica and Jake provided an amazing marriage getaway experience. The property was clean, well stocked with the expected amenities, and very quiet and peaceful. Communication was great all along the way, and upon arrival. They even had an anniversary card and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Even being right next door, they gave us our privacy while at the same time very hospitable. Lovely couple and family. We will DEFINITELY recommend to our family and friends! Looking forward to another visit in the future. Thank you so very much Jake and Jessica!

Self contained unit, quiet, rustic. Complete, had all the essentials. Loved not having TV. Owners were very accommodating with our requests. Asked for a table and they supplied it with a smile.

The place had a great decor and nicely decorated. It had everything you needed and lots of extras. Someone put a lot of thought and care into making this a beautiful little home away from home.

We didn't bring any pets, but the fenced-in yard would have been perfect for pets (or small children). We did get some visitors (sweet barn cats) that we enjoyed very much! Fully equipped kitchen with extra snacks. Great spot!

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great kitchen, if you feel like cooking. Ample dishes, utensils, glasses and pots. There was a generous basket with snacks, fresh flowers and a bottle of local wine. Ceiling fans and some lights had confusing handheld devices that we couldn’t figure out. Plenty of towels and small clean bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. WiFi was quick! The outside sitting area, fenced off from the main house was very small with no plants and trash cans smelly were attached to the fencing. The property is dog friendly, but be aware the family has barn cats that my dogs wanted to chase. Last I would have liked more privacy.

This 1 bedroom/1 bath home was super clean, very comfortable and our hosts were very communicative, accommodating, helpful with information and friendly! Everything was spotless, super comfy bed and soft sheets, huge, cushy bath towels, great shower and water pressure and nice soap, shampoo and conditioner. Lots of toiletries in case you forgot something- very considerate. Everything you need in a kitchen- even a bag of ice in the freezer- and a pod AND drip coffee maker with sugar and creamer flavors. Shades kept out the light in the morning, the little patio was a nice place to sit in the morning sun. Plenty of interior lighting and great fans in the rooms. There's a big goodie basket full of snacks and even a fresh baked loaf of amazing Butter Bread which was similar to pound cake. There was no exterior noise- this rental home is next to a farmhouse a bit outside of Sonoita where the owners/hosts live. Very peaceful environment! Would definitely stay again- highly recommended.

My husband and I were in town to hunt birds with our dogs. This place was very cute and quaint. We appreciated the cute, Christmas decor and goodies, and would stay here again.

Completely enjoyed my stay. Hosts were friendly and courteous. Cute home in beautiful area, felt very comfortable and welcomed. Bed is comfortable with nice bedding, towels were nicer than mine at home, kitchen is fully equipped and host even left a great assortment of snacks and baked goods! Will definitely return!

My daughter and I booked this guest house as a home base during a weekend horse show. It was the perfect place to relax and get a good nights rest after the long days. The hosts were excellent, even going so far as to provide a basket of goodies that included snacks, a bottle of wine, and some delicious butter bread. It was also very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
