Beach Access:
• 10-minute walk to the beach
• One block from downtown Long Beach

Pets:
• Please declare your dogs. This home is Dog-Friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog
• Dog bowls, toys and poop bags available.

Parking:
• There is room for two COMPACT vehicles. One in the garage, One in the driveway.
• 110v trickle charge outlet. Extension cord not provided.
• No parking or driving on rocks between driveways
• COMPACT VEHICLES ONLY, Do Not block the driveway
• Failure to comply will result in vehicles being towed at owner's expense
• Additional public parking is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.

    It was a great overall experience and the garage was a nice plus! We brought our electric bicycles and it made it so convenient to have access to a hose and water to rinse them off after a beach ride. Thank you

    The condo is very well equipped, didn’t need anything but food, clothes and personal items.It is located within easy walking distance to the beach and town. The location is very quiet and peaceful.

    Sandy Toes was the perfect spot for us to stay — very family friendly, my kids loved the bunk bed and many beach toys. My husband and I loved the coziness of it and the incredible location. We walked everywhere! It’s so close to amazing restaurants, a market, and close to the beach. It had everything we needed for a comfortable, enjoyable vacation. We also were so grateful for the communication of Bloomer Estates and their attentiveness to us if we had any questions. We used their activity suggestions and restaurant guide a lot, it was so helpful! Wonderful stay, we’d love to go back.

    The property management company (Bloomer Estates) was top notch and communication and local information. They provided a list of local, family-owned restaurants, fun things to do, and ensured we had all we needed.The place is in a great location. Walk to everything. The grounds are neat and tidy. Everyone picked up after their dog. Right next to beach access. Well stocked kitchen. Will rent again.

    Weather was not the best. Condo was great for my three grands and hubby . We were not prepared for the mosquitos … we all got bites . Don’t know how they got in but they were brutal .They came in whenever the door was opened . We made the best of it . The condo was very clean and well equipt except no can opener. There was a great assortment of movies but no way to play them . Advertised two bikes but one tires were shot. Even took it to the gas station for air but the tire was not repairable . All in all the condo worked for us. I’ve learned to not expect everything that’s advertised . It is walking distance to downtown and the beach .

    One block off the main strip and around the corner form the main entrance to the beach! Couldn't have asked for a better location. The place what clean and quiet, perfect for the whole family.

    We were given lots of options for the condo like early check in, late check out, bikes, kites, and bbq. Its a short walk to all the things in town or to the beach. The management team was easy to get hold of and the condo was set up to help you with your stay like food recommendations, games and movies.

    This vacation home was a fantastic place to stay for my family of 6 over the 4th of July holiday weekend. Booking was a breeze, and communication was fantastic! The property rules and expectations for our stay were clear, and there was no confusion. Upon arrival, everything advertised about the home was accurate. The kitchen is well stocked, everything worked, and there's plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels! My teens especially loved that this home was so close to town. We enjoyed the one block walk to the beach and all the fun to be had in town. The neighbors are very friendly, respectful, and kind. The washer and dryer worked great, and we took advantage of using them prior to leaving. This is the first trip in years we didn't return from a weekend away with loads of laundry to do upon return. Mom win! Our entire family really enjoyed our stay! Thank- you!
