Dog friendly Sea Ranch getaway nestled in-between the ocean and golf course

Was very clean and well stocked house, nice place for families. Very convenient location for many sea ranch activities, also restaurants and shopping.

One of the cleanest properties I have stayed at in Sea Ranch. The view of the ocean is special and the hot tub is spectacular after a full day of hiking the bluffs. Kirk always answered our calls in a timely manner. I say “book it”.

We loved our stay at Kirk’s home in Sea Ranch! This is our second time booking this home… it’s a beautiful and relaxing home. It’s clean and very comfortable!

House was cozy, clean and had all the amenities! Host was extremely attentive & checked in on us upon report of a major storm. They were extremely kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice house. Good view. Comfortable. Hot tub was hot. Bathrooms good. Could use more serving bowls. Plenty of cereal/soup bowls, not very many bigger bowls. Like the hooks in every room. Our dog is happy here too.

We stayed for my moms 80th birthday. The house was a great location, close to Gualala, and bluff trails. The home had minimal steps which was great for my mom. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time at Sea Ranch. Kirk was a great host and super responsive to questions and requests.

Great place!- Hot tub (always hot) is awesome and has good view of sunset/stars- Plenty of room- Short walk to bluffs, very cool neighborhood- Host communicates well easy check in / check out- Kitchen is solidly stocked, could use a better coffee machine and some spice/oil refreshes is all

All was easy, beds were comfortable. The towels and some blinds need to be replace do to normal wear & tear. (ie. Towels have stains)

Fantastic location! Watched whales breaching out of the water for 2 days. Lots of deer and birds right outside the windows.

This was the second time we stayed at this Sea Ranch house, and we had another wonderful 6-day stay. The house is very comfortable in every way and has a lovely view of the ocean across a meadow. The master bedroom bed is excellent, and both bathrooms are very nice. The kitchen worked well for us as we ate in most of the time. Several Sea Ranch trails are just a short walk away which we and our dog really enjoyed. We look forward to our next stay here!

This property is in a great location and is exactly as described/pictured. Host was responsive to questions and the house provided all the basic needed amenities. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kirk’s cozy sea ranch home. Everything was pristine and comfortable— we spent most of our time having cocktails on the porch, soaking in the hot tub, and strolling along the ocean-side with our dog. Much to our surprise, we were able to see humpback whales from the porch— even without binoculars (though they did help). Overall perfect weekend away from the city. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary weekend with our two dogs. Location was awesome with a beautiful ocean view near the bluff trails. Kirk was responsive and available when needed. House was clean, hot tub was clean and the master bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

The house has a nice view of the ocean from the front rooms and deck and a view of the golf course from the back of the house. The house is very nice and could comfortably accommodate 4 people. We would recommend it to others looking for a place to stay at Sea Ranch

Perfect location that was less than half mile from the coast. The house was comfortable and clean. The owner was very responsive to our questions and made the check in process easy. This is the second time we’ve stayed there and will do so again.

This home is spacious, clean, and comfortable and surrounded by beautiful views of the ocean and meadows. We saw red winged blackbirds, rabbits, foxes and deer sometimes in front of the house and sometimes on our daily walks. The house is close to the bluff trail and Gualala Point Park. We swam in the heated pool at the rec center and used their sauna. Kirk is an excellent communicator and everything was easy and wonderful.

Everything was great! Will be back!

This was such a lovely property with a beautiful view of the ocean, and well maintained indoor and outdoor spaces. We enjoyed our stay, and Kirk communicated with us very well. Definitely want to stay here again!

We stayed with our son’s family and their dogs.The house was roomy for children and pets. Very well stocked and equipped. Very convenient for shopping and restaurants, beaches and heated swimming pool. We would love to go back.

Excellent views from every direction, lovely home!

The house was very clean and quiet , with the bedrooms placed down a long hall , away from the kitchen and living room The hot tub was well maintained. The smaller bedroom would benefit from a set of drawers and a brighter light Overall the home is a great place to stay

Had a wonderful time at this property. Close to town, great walking trails, and Gualala Point Park. Hot tub was nice especially on the rainy evenings. Pup loved the deer and rabbits all around. Washers was a bit wonky, only could do small loads, but dryer worked great and it was nice to have laundry facilities available.

Great property, great location @ Sea Ranch and very very clean. Everything was as advertised. Maybe even better.

Great place to have a quick weekend getaway and the area is an amazing spot! The property was accurate to the description and we were happy with the amenitites.

2nd visit in 1 year - perfect location with quick access to the Ocean Trail and minutes to Gualala. Comfortable King Mattress in Primary bedroom and excellent water pressure.

This is a great home for 2 couples or a small family. The bedrooms are in the back of the house which allows the front to be all windows and all view. 5 minute walk to the coastal trail. Kirk was responsive and all went well.

Enjoyed everything although hot tub was not completely clean when we arrived and blinds in bedroom would not lower. Kirk was very good at communicating with us, and the rest of the house was clean and comfortable.

My husband, two children (ages 5 months and 4 years), and two dogs stayed here. It was perfect and had everything we needed. The hot tub is right next to the front deck that faces the ocean. It was wonderful getting to sit out there and watch the ocean while our daughter played in the in the hot tub and our dogs sat with us. We saw plenty of deer and herring. It’s very close to the beach which was nice and we had a great time sitting in the living room next to the fire watching movies in the evening. We’d definitely stay again

Our family of 2 adults, a teen, and a dog had yet another wonderful stay at the Sea Ranch gem! The location is perfect for long walks on the bluff, enjoying the beaches and rec centers, and easily popping into Gualala. The house has everything you need for cooking, restful sleep, watching movies, and soaking in the hot tub. It was our third visit and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Good distant ocean view from house or front deck plus a small back deck with a meadow and golf course view. House is compact but comfortable and is very well maintained. While we did not really need AC or heating, it is nice to know it has AC. The check-in and out processes were very easy. Kitchen set up good for basic cooking but not great, but we cooked almost every nite and it was fine. We stayed for two weeks and while my wife as not sure she would enjoy such an extended stay, she did end up reveling in the extended peace and quiet anf foggy morning walks. I was also very happy but never doubted that outcome and the house and its location and comforts guaranteed our stay being wonderful.

My dad, brother, Labrador and I had a wonderful time. The house was perfect location and perfect format for alone and together time. Has all the amenities we needed and the hot tub was a nice bonus after hours spent adventuring. Hope to return soon!
