On the second to last day there was an issue with plumbing in the morning. We contacted the host. They sent out a handyman who came around 5 pm. There was no communication about when he would arrive. Because he was only a handman he couldn't do anything about the issue. One of our party stayed the whole day at the house waiting for them. The handyman said we should be refunded for at least one day of our stay.We were not able to use the toilets, do dishes, or take showers on that day and on the day of checkout. We drove elsewhere to use the restroom. It was awful.I contacted Vacasa about a refund. They said they would get back to me but never did. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated. We could not recommend a stay at a Vacasa property.

Very nice secluded property in walking distance of downtown Helen. Comfortable spacious rooms, well stocked kitchen. We had a great stay!

Great stay - check in easy. Well stocked kitchen. 3 young adults and grandparents were all on with devices - no issues.Loved the proximity to downtown Helen, yet felt we were in the woods all alone.

The property overlooks Helen with in walking distance to the tubing companies. We stayed on the 4th of July weekend so parking was brutal. The house was just far enough away to be private. We enjoyed our stay as the house was very comfortable. We had one issue but the maintenance man/staff was just over the top and went out of his way to help us.

We had tons of room to spread out, and everything we could possibly need, with the exception of coffee filters (which we bought and left for the next person). The rate was great, the location is on a hill directly overlooking downtown Helen, and the property was clean and in good shape.

The home in Helen that we stayed in for the weekend was very nice, plenty of rooms and bathrooms for my family. The shops and restaurants were within walking distance. We loved being able to bring our two mini-schnauzers for the weekend!!

A quick trip to Helen GA for some hiking and shopping . VRBO house is just the ticket to all be together and enjoy each others company. Thank you to our hosts!

This is a great property to stay at to enjoy Helen and the surrounding area. Property was very clean and provided everything a group of 5 needed for a great vacation. Property was even better than advertised. Close to every thing Helen has to offer. It was cold outside but we were very comfortable during our entire stay. On our next trip to Helen we will definitely book here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home in Helen, GA. As a group of four adult women, it was the perfect setting for a relaxing and comfortable weekend getaway. The house was clean, with comfortable furniture and beds that made for a restful stay. Each of us had our own private room, which was a great bonus and gave us the space we needed to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet. The house was generally well-stocked with essentials, though we did notice it was missing a few basics like salt and pepper — a small detail, but worth mentioning for future guests. We were excited to make smoothies during our stay, especially when we saw a blender available. Unfortunately, it didn’t work, but it wasn’t enough of an issue to contact the owner about. One of the best parts of the house was its location. Tucked away in a private area, we were far from the noise of the town, but still close enough to drive to the charming village of Helen. The area felt peaceful and secluded, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. Helen itself is a quaint little town with lots of fun activities, unique shops, and great food — definitely worth exploring if you have the chance! Overall, this rental offered a great combination of comfort, privacy, and convenience. We had a lovely time and would recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to all that Helen has to offer.

The house was exactly what we wanted! Very accurate listing. House was large, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the firepit at night. We were walking distance to everything. Restaurants and shoppes were super close and the bars were too, yet far enough that it was quiet. Customer service as very helpful, my father forgot an item inside and called for assistance and was able to retrieve it after hours.

Great features thru out the home. Location is a winner. Master room and bathroom is large and Updated. Very comfortable home. Wifi is not the best at times. Overall will book this house again when visiting Helen.
