Dog-friendly Beaumont Craftsman with covered porch & yard - walk to bars/dining

Great location. Clean and kitchen decently stocked. Only downside. The listing says it has a washer and dryer in the amenities section but the washer and dryer was not accessible.

There was no welcome book to explain how everything works. Ice maker in fridge not working. Audio video system very complicated. No instructions. Had to subscribe to Apple TV to connect to standard channels Garbage disposal not working properly. Trash containers in yard full. Beds not comfortable

This was a really nice place and close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. It was clean and it had everything you needed in the kitchen. Primary bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this house.

Pleasant small home which was perfect for us. There are issues with the A/C which didn't cool effecively. It turned off and on continuously. Luckily the weather was mild so it wasn't a big issue for us. The kitchen is well supplied and a good bakery is walking distance. Overall, a good place for 2.

Loved staying here in this safe, walkable neighborhood. What a charming house! I absolutely loved my stay here with my dog. Can't wait to come back!

Nothing. This house was disgusting. Vacasa left a dubiously stained duvet on the bed and offered to remedy it by buying an new cover and asking us to replace it ourselves. Seriously, for the additional cleaning fees that Vacasa charges versus competitors, you'd think they would offer more than a fix it yourself solution to a problem they clearly created. Do better.

We stayed in this little bungalow for four nights while visiting our son who lives nearby. We were surprised and very happy to receive a text message that we could check in early. This home was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. The A/C worked well and when the temperatures dropped, we really enjoyed the gas fireplace one morning.

Great location, short walk to food and coffee spots. Only 10 min drive to the city.

The real trouble started night2, see the end 4details. Chose property in the neighborhood of new grand daughter. Live 3000 miles away, was first visit, long time before another one. There are no instructions in the house, only a text with 10 digit access code & wifi info. Shower curtain gross, not on a shower arm. Big dust bunny behind bedroom door. Needed to buy toilet paper after a few days, only 2 rolls provided. Chipped paint in some areas. Had to clean dishes before using. We had significant issues with A/C not working properly, lost sleep many nights. Asked for help which we were told would be provided. None ever came and no progress info ever provided. Never happened, NEVER. We dealt with this for 5 days. Communication was poor, a 1 was generous. The owner was never involved. VACASA MANAGED HOUSE. TOLD WE WOULD RECEIVE SOME COMPNESATION. None provided.

House is located in a quiet (hear a pin drop quiet) neighborhood and is very convenient to downtown PDX.

Felt like home. Great location. Exactly what we needed. Definitely will do this one again!

We would love to stay here again. Cute house with nice amenities and comfortable beds in a great neighborhood.
