Diving Dolphin | Pet Friendly + Private Pool

Everything was great. Perfect for “more mature” people. No stairs to climb! We come each year around this time. If this property is still available, we would certainly want to stay there again. Even our 4 pound Maltese loved it. Thanks for everything.

Was disappointed in internet it was on and off the wholeTime we was there could not even watch movies and no phone service woth out WiFi

Pool was the perfect size. Pet friendly, clean and perfect distance to town and the beach.

Always a good stay! We always try to stay here. Suggestion since we are older and in need of a one-story due to physical limitations — maybe some different furniture that’s not so hard to get out of/recliners? Overall still our favorite place to stay!

The room was dirty, couldn’t use one of the toilets because if was gonna fall over. Had no where to put trash the trash can was full. The pool needed cleaned and needed more water

I always like to say the good and the bad during my reviews. The good: the home layout is good. For the size of the home, it was a good size for our family of 4 adults. There is a pool in the backyard as well as the use of the garage, which was nice considering we rented a golf cart. There was a nice-sized living area with a sectional couch, which allowed everyone to spread out. The bad: Upon checking in we immediately saw the garage had not been cleaned. The rugs were soaked, so entry into the home, you were walking over a wet & sand-soaked rug. The garage was full of sand, so to prevent bringing all the sand into the house, we had to sweep it out ourselves. The backyard near the pool was filthy. There was trash, kids' toys, and limes scattered all around the pool. The pool itself was cloudy and took several days to clear and once it was clear, it was obvious the pool had not been vacuumed it quite a while because it was full of bugs/leaves. Once in the home, we quickly realized that towels were a luxury they didn't believe in. You had only 3 towels per bathroom, a dish towel was in the master bathroom (for the sink), and the towels themselves were stained and the cheapest white towels you could possibly buy. There was also only one towel for the kitchen. The customer service was also poor. We lost internet (house has internet only TV's) for two days and although I called several times I never got an answer on a fix (it never got repaired).

This property is nice but it seems neglected. The pool and patio were so dirty when we arrived we couldn't use the area. The manager called the owner to get it cleaned and needed pictures from us to show how dirty it was to send to the owners. They had pool guys come to clean, but the pool decking around the pool was full of dirt and drains were clogged. Very disappointing as the pool was one of the primary reasons for selecting this location. The house could use a good cleaning as the floors seemed imbedded with grime. Wifi could use an upgrade as the signal is very weak and only works in the living room/kitchen/dining area. The TV in the master bedroom couldn't connect.

Great location and floor plan. We are a family of 5, had plenty of space. Very close to beach, shops, grocery, and gas station.

Clean, one story — NO STAIRS! The pool was just the right size, too. We would love to stay again sometime!

House and pool were clean and in a great neighborhood, very convenient to everything, we had a great stay.
