Stayed Dec 1, 2023I spent two wonderful Months in Northport Fl. Ric is a premier Host, and I found that to be exceptionally true. The house is great, as advertised, and Ric will do whatever is possible to make the stay enjoyable. I look forward to coming back and staying again.

Stayed Apr 29, 2023My husband and I stayed here while we were looking for a home. It was conveniently located to any shops we needed and I75. The home had everything we needed, right down to beach towels. Ric was very accommodating and allowed for our fur babies to stay with us while we were there. The large fenced in yard was wonderful! I would definitely recommend this property!

Stayed Feb 28, 2022We spent several months at Ric’s house while building our own. It’s a neighborhood of old Florida homes, very quiet with friendly neighbors...including wood storks! Ric was easy to reach and always available to help with issues. Home was very clean and beautifully renovated with the original 1960’s vibe. Beaches 20 minutes away, UTC mall in Sarasota 35 minutes, and everything else you need just around the corner.
