Great long weekend with family!

We enjoyed the location of the condo and the golf cart was a plus and made getting around town very easy. But the unit itself needs some improvements. There was a storm over night and the roof started leaking in the main living room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and one couple slept on the couch the entire time. The place needed a DEEP clean. There were dead roaches under the bed and the main shower was covered in sand upon our arrival. The whole unit was covered in grime and the rugs in the master bed/bathroom smelled like urine. We would not stay in this unit again.

Great place plenty of room for 12 people. only issue was there were roaches and the dishwasher. And those 2 things can be fixed

Overall I thought it was nice. It fit our family for our weekend getaway. A few recommendations would be to provide some cleaner. There was no cleaner in the house to wipe anything down. We had to go buy some. We were also provided a free golf cart with our rental. I can't complain too much so cute it was free but it was awful. No blinkers, horn didn't work and gas gage didn't work. Whether it is free or not, it should at least be street legal. When we were packing up to leave we found way we believe was a baby cockroach on our babies blanket. We didn't see any throughout our stay though, so it could have been a fluke. I think it was a great location and the community was so cute. If there were just a few small upgrades it would have been perfect.

Beds were filthy with sand pet hair crumbs no kitchen towels or pot holders bbq pits were not cleaned front screened in porch had dog hair and dog mess not cleaned up. Liked the gated area the 2 pools would like to try the neighborhood again but in a different house. First time using sands vacation rental and first time ever had to take my beach time to get house cleaned. But the biggest issue is I had to call and micro manage to get it cleaned … no call back .. no double check … new person everytime who did not know I had already called needing assistance

We liked the home, however as far as handicap accessibility, it was not wheelchair accessible at all. The entry onto the home was a very narrow half sidewalk and then it continued as rocks. Getting a family member that is in a wheelchair into the home was extremely difficult. The master bathroom door was too narrow for the wheelchair as well. So I would not classify this home as accessible like it has been. It was nice to have access to the garage, but it was disgusting. Needs to be cleaned up, junk thrown away. The upstairs trundle bed did not work properly, it slants.

House had roaches and the beds were very uncomfortable

THE ROACHES RUNNING ON THE COUNTER AND IN THE KITCHEN DRAWERS ALL OVER THE THE FORKS AND SPOONS WAS DISGUSTING. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND TOLD THEM ABOUT THE ROACHES AND I WAS TOLD WE WILL SEND SOMEONE TO SRRAY. I HAD ALLREADY WENT TO THE STORE AND BOUGHT SPRAY. ME AND MY WIFE SPRAYED ROACHES ALL WEEKEND LONG. IT WAS DISGUSTING. WE DID NOT COOK OR MAKE COFFEE OR ANYTHING IN THE KITCHEN. IT RUINED OUR EASTER WEEKEND. SILVER SANDS COULD NOT HAVE CARED LESS. NOTHING BUT A WASTE OF MONEY. A FIFTEEN HUNDRED DOLLAR ROACH HOUSE.
