This high-end home offers two living spaces, an apartment on the ground level, completely detached with a separate back entrance, and the main living on the second level.
The spacious second-level living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open to one another, offering a convivial hub for lively group camaraderie. Vaulted ceilings,large windows, and a whimsical coastal-inspired décor make the space airy and bright. Everyone can find a spot to relax in the large living room with plush seating. The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Everything you may need for preparing meals and beach snacks is provided. The dining area includes a large farm table with bench seating for eight, plus seating for six at the large kitchen island. This floor also has two inviting master suites (BR1 & BR2), both featuring king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with double vanities and tile showers with glass doors. The guest bedroom (BR3) has a queen-size bed with access to the shared bathroom across the hall with a granite vanity and tub/shower with glass enclosure.
The ground-level one-bedroom apartment offers complete privacy away from the main living area; it has a separate bedroom (BR4) with a queen bed, a queen-size Murphy bed for additional guests in the living room, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, sink, microwave, and a full bathroom with granite vanity with tile shower and glass door. The shaded ground-floor patio includes a picnic table and an outdoor shower for a quick rinse after a day at the beach. The covered upstairs deck has ample space for outdoor entertaining; fire up the charcoal grill and enjoy a festive fresco barbecue. Feel free to pack light, a washer/dryer is provided for your convenience. The driveway has ample parking—bring along your personal watercraft, golf carts, or even a boat.

Guests have parking spaces for 4 vehicles or 3 vehicles and a boat. Parking is not allowed on the street or grass. Boat parking is permitted ONLY in driveway.
