The staff at Cinnamon Shores provided excellent communication and was extremely responsive, professional and polite. The evening activities in the social circle provided a great, easy option for an effortless evening activity. I do miss the charming on-site grocery store though and hope it returns.

Love that you can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach BUT was disappointed the beach had so much trash! Hoping Cinnamon Shore will encourage their guests to clean their area and then some so we can keep coming back to enjoy this small piece of paradise in Texas! Also, some of the dishes and utensils in the home were dirty - perhaps the dishwasher did not do a good job, but they should have been checked before putting up.

The home has a lot of needed things that you may forget to pack which was great. We overall loved our stay (Outside of an issue with the Pizza pace one night)!

The location was a good spot, close to the pool and town center and the beach wasn’t too far of a walk. Traveling from Phoenix, it would have been nice to know that beach/pool towels are not provided. We ended up having to purchase them there on site, which were overpriced. This was a big disappointment, especially since we traveled so far to stay there. Even so, we would stay here again and bring our own beach/pool towels!

It was nice to have yard space for our fur babies and being able to watch the fireworks from the balcony was icing on the cake. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfy. We love Cinnamon Shore and highly recommend Tide Water!

However, the house wasn't adequately stocked with tissues etc. I feel like the price we are paying per night there should be a large emphasis on ensuring amenities are within expectations. We also had issues with our beach set up every day and our golf cart. I know those are not within your scope of control but it does have an overall impact on our impression of the property and our overall experience. We frequent the property often. This was a great house but our least favorite overall experience. I also want to mention too that the fitness center was better with the regular treadmills and peloton bikes. I did drive down to Palmilla Dunes to use their fitness center a couple of times.

It was exceptional in cleanliness, decor, a fantastic super equipped kitchen, bed comfort, and living area comfort, location on a lake with nice balconies and an easy walk to the beach. The house is spacious and roomy with a large kitchen pantry. We will definitely rent again.

It contained all the kitchen utensils needed to make Ceviche, Paella, & Chipirones en su tinta (all home made at Tide Water)! Thanks to Cinnamon Shore's staff as well!
