Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice! The only problem we had were the 4 short bunk beds—we have 5 adult size teenagers and we had to make other arrangement for sleeping! It was not told by the person who took my reservations back in February! I did call and see if we could make other arrangements but it was within 30 days so we lived with it! We loved staying by the water—everything else was great—just need to point out not all of 6 bunk beds are adult size—it is in the description but when I reserved I was just told 6 bunk beds and since this was our 9th year to come, I assumed it was like all other bunk beds! This was our first time staying at south and we were great with that!

The bunk room was great for our kids ranging in age from 3-7. The extra short twins were no issue for the kids. The location of the house is ideal - close to the pool and the beach. The home was clean, well kept, and very inviting for us. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

We are very happy with the layout, being a family of 10, it's just what we need and feels like a second home to us. Home is always clean upon our arrival and we enjoy the board walk to the pool that is right outside our door. Can't wait to return next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Isle Be Back was a great home. Very clean and new and you can tell the owners take great care of the place. Our only complaint was that every time we used the stovetop, the smoke detector would go off so we just cooked with the back door and windows open to help prevent that (although it didn't work every time). All around though the home was great with close access to the beach and the pool. This was our first time staying on the south side, and although it isn't yet complete, I have no doubt it will be just as great as the North!

I'm not sure if yall have a way to leave feedback but we wanted to provide a comment and may do the same via one of the third-party review apps.The brick pavers in front of the house are dislodging from the driveway creating a serious trip hazard. Two of our guests rolled their ankles on this gap. This is a serious safety issue that needs to be looked at.The range gets extremely hot when the oven is on. A toddler could have easily been burned. The Big Chill appliances are neat looking but they have a reputation of running hot.The smoke alarm in the main living room randomly goes off. Mostly just annoying. Not sure if this is a battery issue or what.We lost power during our stay. This is not acceptable even with the ongoing construction.At ~$1,400 per night this was not the experience we expected. Overall the community (north and south) were otherwise enjoyable. I would not recommend staying at this home.

There was an issue with the smoke detector which would go off anytime you used the stove or oven which was annoying. Other than that all was wonderful. Managment at Cinnamon Shore very gracious and helpful throughout the stay.
