AMENITIES: At North, resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes with a fishing dock, cozy fire pits, a fully equipped fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape. Enjoy our on-site dining options, including a Mediterranean bistro, a pizzeria, and a coffee shop and café. The vibrant Town Center brings the community together with events, activities, and live music throughout peak season and on holiday weekends.

LIVING SPACES: On the first floor, a welcoming lounge calls you to unwind. A cozy bar area and playful shuffleboard bowling set the stage for laughter and laid-back moments, whether you’re gathering with friends or enjoying a quiet movie night. Rich, deep blues wash over the space, creating a calm, soothing atmosphere that feels both intimate and indulgent. A uniquely built-in bunk bed, along with a comfortable sleeper sofa, ensures the magic lingers a little longer when the evening winds down.
Upstairs, the heart of the home opens into the main living area, where light and elegance meet. The beautifully curated décor sets a warm, inviting tone—perfect for entertaining or simply savoring the moment. A fully stocked kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, where windows frame dreamy views over the Cinnamon Shore community. Just beyond, the living room offers a soft, welcoming retreat, thoughtfully designed for families to relax, reconnect, and drift into comfort after sun-soaked days by the water.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Feel the gentle pull as you cross the threshold into the first-floor king bedroom, a quiet sanctuary complete with its own private bath—perfect for slipping away into rest and relaxation. Just down the hall, a second king bedroom awaits, equally inviting, with access to a shared bath that also serves the nearby bunk area—ideal for rinsing away the salt and sun at day’s end.
Upstairs, tucked just beyond the kitchen, the primary king suite unfolds like a retreat of its own. Spacious and serene, it wraps its guests in comfort beneath a soft, coastal calm.

**Home does have a propane fire pit in the back yard. Guests are responsible for $45 propane bottle that can be provided by the Cinnamon Shore Rentals office.**

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Sips Ahoy is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Sips Ahoy the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's guests violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was lovely. Would stay again. Two small complaints: 1st the plates in the cabinet were only dishwasher TOP rack only. Can’t put a dinner plate on top rack. They also weren’t microwave safe. The other plates in cabinet that were microwave safe there weren’t enough for 6 people to have 2 meals a day without hand washing or running dishwasher. Next time I would bring paper plates. 2nd the ceiling fan remotes in all the bedrooms are on the same frequency. Made for crazy times. Other than that, would return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of the best stocked kitchens we have had in Cinnamon Shores. The wifi was awesome and they had Sonos for the whole house. You will be hard pressed to find a better house to rent in North. The attention to detail shows and you can tell the owners like using this place when they are not renting so it has more of a home feel. If you have not had a chance to stay on one of the lakes, this will be a treat for you.

Was fun being able to walk to the pool, ice cream truck, coffee shop etc from the house. We loved the pond/dock in the back as well to fish off of with our young kids. Will be staying here again for sure!

We were there for a wedding and were able to enjoy a bonfire on the beach and all the amazing amenities . Great friendly staff and lots to do for families!
