Design Dream - Modern Luxury 4BR | Walk to King!

This was a great house. The location was very convenient. We also liked that 3/4 bedrooms had king beds and the 4th was a queen - very unique for rentals. Communication was also great.

The house was very comfortable for myself and my 2 friends. We enjoyed the living space, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. We also liked that we could walk to places of interest.

Property was clean and well maintained. Safe area. Close to many restaurants and walkable distance to King St.

This location was not quiet. Could not sit outside. Loud noise of an air conditioning unit or some sort of generator. Hospital is close by so noise may have been from that building. No privacy. It’s a bunch of house clustered together. It is walking distance to French quarter but not close (30 min walk). Most the good restaurants are on the French quarter side. Inside is functional but ac is noisy. There are a few restaurants nearby. No retail type shopping.

The home was stylish and clean with comfortable beds. Communication and restaurant recommendations were on point.

We had a great time. The property was perfect for our family of 7. Location is close to everything. Hosts were quick to respond to our messages. We loved the porches. We will definitely stay there again. And there’s a great coffee shop (Bad Bunnies) just a couple blocks away.

We loved this place. It was perfect for a small family get together. Could not have asked for more.

The place was perfect for 4 ladies having a girls trip. Each had their own bedroom and only 2 had to share the 3rd bathroom. It was great to have the kitchen and living room in the middle on the second floor which decreased the noise level for those who wanted to get up early or stay up late. Two sets of porches were great for morning coffee. Everything was clean and decorated beautifully. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!! Thank you!!

The property was so cute and perfect for a large family or group of friends with each having a private space. It does back up to a hospital which is noisy at times. It also is not directly on the street but sits in a group of houses.

Great house and location while we were in Charleston wedding dress shopping for our daughter. We would stay here again.

The house is fabulous. Plenty of privacy if you want it but also super convenient for large gatherings. Couple of maintenance issues that were not addressed while we were there. Animals in the attic, a lot of spiders, and the heating / cooling system was not working in some rooms as well as the moisture from the unit caused mold on one wall. With these issues resolved, I would give it 5 stars. Lovely decor and amenities.

Great house, Great Location. It is minutes away from King Street and a 20 min ride to IOP.

We had a great stay here. House was just as advertised. Excellent communication with host. Beds were comfortable. Great water pressure in showers! Some reviews said it was loud from hospital generators nearby but… we never heard them. We had no need to use the sound machines at night. Very convenient location.. we walked to King Street & other restaurants near the house like Fuel Cantina for dinner & Little Line for breakfast, I highly recommend The Dispensary & Prohibition on King street .. excellent food & drinks. We enjoyed the South Carolina Aquarium & Fort Sumter, we walked there too.. a bit far but doable if you like walking or could easily take an Uber. We will definitely book this home again next time we visit Charleston. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in this very cute, clean, and comfortable home. Location was great and in walking distance to plenty of fun locations. Owners were quick to respond to any needs or questions. Check in/out process was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!
