Stayed Mar 6, 2026Home was spacious and all the rooms were large. Location was okay Home has no internet (this was not noted in the description) therefore we had no TV service and I was not able to conduct any business while we were there (I'm self employed and work while we travel) We were told to use our phones hot spots, but we do not have that option. Beds were not comfortable.

Stayed Feb 12, 2026First of all, there was no instruction booklet ie: how to operate tv, closing up instructions, etc. Therefore, we had no tv for our stay. The home was extremely dirty. The floors needed to be mopped.The refrigerator had expired food, milk thst was 3 weeks past expired date.It looked as though they had packed up their belongings in 30 to 40 boxes in the garage; emptyied the pantry in the garage. Pickles, mayo, mustard, etc.and got 1200.00 for 5 nites. No instructions on closing up, such as washing sheets,garbage, etc. Will nev e g o back to thst location!!!!!!!!!!!!@

Stayed Feb 26, 2026There were issues to begin with that the host didn’t sent check in instructions until the morning of arrival after contacting VRBO customer care. There were also no instructions on check out procedures.The house itself is in good shape except for the upkeep of the yard. The bedroom configuration was perfect for our group of four . Where we did have issues was in the kitchen and cleanliness. The refrigerator had a huge spill that looked like it had been there for a while as did the freezer. One of our group cleaned it. The Opened cereal box and jar with unknown contents on top of the fridge and old coffee grounds in the coffee pot were not very appealing. Also, the bathrooms didn’t appear to of had a deep cleaning in a while (the tub had hairs in it). The house is listed to sleep 6, however there was only 3 dinner plates, 4 salad plates, 4 bowls, 3 glasses, 2 stemless wine glasses, 4 stemmed wine glasses and silverware for 5/6. There was also only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the whole house.
