Perfect house to stay in. Close to stores, restaurants and downtown. Very clean place with everything you need.

A nice and clean home with plenty of room for our group of six adults. Convenient location, well stocked kitchen and comfy beds We enjoyed our visit to the friendly city of Chattanooga. Thanks! Also if you like nature, venture out to Fall Creek Falls State Park, worth the drive!

Our family had a wonderful stay. We were there for our son’s wedding and so spent most of our time engaged with the festivities. The location is amazing— walking distance to interesting shopping and places to eat. The decks on each level provided a beautiful view and the weather was perfect to enjoy them. It was just what we needed. We would definitely come again!!

Furniture was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and location was good.

We had the best time walking to spots and being close to everything! We loved the 3 bathrooms and tons of cozy spots to spread out and enjoy quiet time also. The outdoor spaces were amazing. We enjoyed using the grill and the rooftop in the evenings. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The Alexa system was so convenient and even reminded us to lock our doors! Loved the whole experience here!

The house was really nice overall. The location was close to the aquarium and downtown. I can't give it a perfect rating because the upstairs heat pump went out the second evening of our stay. The property owner responded quickly and sent out a service guy, but they needed a part they couldn't get, so the families that slept upstairs were miserable the remaining two nights because daytime temps were in the mid to upper 90s. Of course there was nothing the homeowner could do about that, but it made it hard for them to enjoy it.

This was our second stay in this house. It is clean, nicely decorated, and has everything you need! We loved the location too, walking distance to many fun places.

Very convenient

Had the best time for my son’s graduation for his doctorate. The house accommodated family from out of state and was perfect. Nicely decorated, lovely area, well maintained and the best communication with the host! Definitely recommend the house if you’re in need of one in the Chattanooga area. Super convenient to the aquarium and just the most quaint part of town that’s easily walkable.

LOVED our stay here! So close to a very cool area. (Bummed that the Pedestrian Bridge was closed due to maintenance as it was tight at the end of the street). Home had a fabulous open floor plan, well stocked, great for 6 adults and one child. It was perfect!

We had an amazing 2 day stay at this property! It’s such a gorgeous space and in a perfect location to get to everything! The hosts were great with communicating the things we need! We also appreciate the personal touches the property had! Thank you for an excellent stay!!!

Was in town for a convention this house was perfect for us

The property was a perfect spot for our annual girls trip. We had a little trouble with the main room TV and the owner came over and fixed it - very responsive. The full bed mattresses are a bit uncomfortable for adults, but probably fine for youngsters. All in all, a great place to stay.

This property is wonderful! Everything was as expected or exceeded our expectations. The property owners were prompt and thorough in their communications and very gracious when we unexpectedly needed to extend our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect place for our family to stay while visiting Chattanooga. I also loved that a Publix grocery store was nearby (0.2 miles), in addition to the Aquarium. My highest recommendation- would we stay again? The answer is a definite YES!

We stayed in this lovely home earlier this year in February with family. We decided to rent again for Christmas with our adult kids. It is a fabulous location. Walking distance to the Chattanooga river front and all of the attractions. Our grand kids live one block away and the home accommodated having them over. Plenty of room for family dinners. We will rent again.

We had 8 adults staying at the property for a wedding. The house structure itself is great. The location is very close to downtown and you can tell the neighborhood is up and coming. The interior is furnished quite minimally. It would be a great house if the owner's stayed in it for a short period of time to evaluate what they really need to make this a great short term rental (ex. More insulation inbetween rooms- you can hear a pindrop in the next room over, more hooks for towels, more bedside tables, more toilet paper, better HVAC...downstairs very cool/ upstairs hot, etc). The furnishings looked to be a mish mosh of secondhand items used to outfit the home. The TV in one of the bedrooms did not work. We are thinking it may be the remote batteries. The rooms can handle queen beds, they should consider utilizing a bit bigger beds. We had an issue with hot water and although the owner was very responsive, unfortunately the problem was not resolved and most had cold showers all weekend. I was reimbursed for one night and I felt that was very kind of the owners. If you are not comfortable parking on a steep driveway, there is a small parking pad in the front of the home. Overall a pretty good rental and I feel if the owners just take a second pass through their home and make some minor improvements, it could be so much better.

My group loved our stay! Lots of hang out spots, comfy beds, functional appliances/systems. Would stay here again with a large group.

We enjoyed being close to the old downtown stores, restaurants, park with carousel, and the walking bridge to the Aquarium. Publix was right around the corner. The main living area's deck needs some upgrades with furniture and grill, but we didn't use them anyway, so it didn't matter to us. Some sort of sheet for the large sliding glass doors in the living area would also be helpful. Since the TV was there, the sunshine affected the picture at certain times of day. We weren't there very much, though, so that wasn't a terribly big deal to us. It was great to have a place for our family together for the long holiday weekend.
