Thank you so much for opening your home to us! We loved the kitchen/living room layout for socializing and the boys enjoyed staying in the loft. This chalet fit 5 adults and 2 boys perfectly! Our Titans 12U travel ball team played at Domtar Park and this chalet was a nice retreat from the sweltering heat at the fields. The dad/coaches also took a trip to the casino in Bristol which was just a 30 minute drive. Their advice for the roulette table is to pick red 7. We always enjoy coming to Kingsport to play baseball and will definitely stay here again in the future. P.S.: Our team won the USSSA 12U Tenn. World Series going undefeated! Perfect weekend!

We stayed here as my son was getting married. It accommodated our entire family. It was clean and the owner stayed in touch with us the entire trip to make sure we had everything we needed. It was comfortable and conveniently located to Kingsport downtown area. We plan on staying again if we are ever in the area.

The house is beautiful! We enjoyed the open layout and spent evenings on the porch outside. The area is quiet and peaceful. We had excellent communication with the owner. We enjoyed our stay. If we are back in the area, we would love to book it again!

My family was in Kingsport for a family reunion. I was fortunate to secure this property for my family members to stay, and was gracefully given a tour before my family came. Communication with the owner was easy. Ultimately we had 5 adults and 3 children stay there. They especially appreciated the proximity to the medical center, special access to the laundry, and the provided games and toys. They enjoyed visiting the Boundless Playground at Warriors State Park, and the Fizzy Fairway indoor miniature golf. We will definitely consider this property if we need overflow accomodations in the future.

Great location... close to the venue for the adventure we had planned. House was great fit, toys for kids a plus! Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Clean and cozy. Questions response from host was fast and knowledgeable. Thank you for sharing your house. Barb Lantz

The house was a great place to stay. The kitchen and condition of the house were good. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The bedding was comfortable, just not as much as stated in description, Says sleeps 11 but only if half are children. There are 6 men staying and 1 had to sleep on couch that does not foldout as stated in description. At best it can sleep 8 adults if King and Queen are doubled up. That was the only thing that was a blemish on the whole staying experience. Nice deck and open kitchen with good cooking appliances. Would say again, just 1 less person

This is a great house in a great neighborhood. Our group was in town for a family wedding. I stayed there with my spouse, sister, brother-in-law, and their 17-month-old twins. The house was clean, had a well-stocked kitchen, and was located perfectly for our needs. I can't recommend this house enough.
