Nice little house. It is an older home but has been updated. More amenities than any place I've stayed. Had everything you could want including mayo and mustard in the fridge. Clean and comfortable. Close to Kingsport and Bays Mountain is a couple of miles up the road. I would stay again.

This place was like being at home…. So relaxing and not next to all the busyness at the race track Bristol….the food options were amazing… my wife loved the decore

This was a great getaway. Anything I would need to cook was there. I plan on staying here again when I am in the area and I have already made recommendations to family.

Host was very communicative and considerate. The amenities were amazing and the extra disposable grocery bags were such a nice touch. The house was lovely and clean.

This was easy to find and very convenient to food (Pal’s) and grocery stores and had a full kitchen to help us feel at home during our stay. We were able to stay close to family during the holidays and it was very cozy and big enough to have space for different activities but small enough to feel close as a family. We loved the big fenced in yard and the ability to be approved to bring our dogs with us. We enjoyed our time and would stay here again. It was very clean and had a working washer and dryer to do our laundry before heading back home.

Wonderful stay as always, this is our 2nd time staying here and we loved it just as usual, great location right off of I-26. Friendly neighborhood and always willing to be helpful if you need something during your stay! I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling in a small to mid sized group.

We had a great stay here. The host communicated well and was very responsive. It was nice to have a yard for our grands to play in. The kitchen was well equipped for making a nice meal and a great washer and dryer so we could do a quick load before we drove home. Really glad we booked this property and canceled the hotel RSVP I had made.

We had the best time at Bays Mountain Getaway. We were in town for Fun Fest and will definitely stay here again in the future. Everything was tidy and clean and the master bedroom mattress was super comfortable!

This was our second time staying in this wonderful cottage, and again, we greatly enjoyed our time. Always, zero issues. If only all VRBOs could be this good. We are looking forward to returning later this year!

Although I used the rental primarily for sleeping, and spending most of my time away it was a very cozy and welcoming experience. Very well kept, large back yard. Wonderful experience

Very charming house. Quite neighborhood, loved hearing the rooster crow each morning. Met our requirements for a 7 day stay. Close to town for shopping. Would recommend a hand rail for the shower for older people to prevent slipping in the shower and fallenibg.

2 night stay on our Buc-ee's roadtrip from Indianapolis and family reunion House was great for our short stay. Plenty of space and had everything we needed! Would recommend and stay again!

The house is exactly as described in the listing, and the pictures are accurate. The neighborhood is quiet, and the location is great for accessing everything in Kingsport. The deck for the house is a great spot to enjoy the weather, and the backyard is perfect for the kids to play catch and frisbee. We used the grill - and that worked perfectly. The house is furnished with everything you will need for your stay, including a washer and dryer. We (family of 4) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

We traveled 12 hours from Upstate NY to surprise my aunt for her 80th Birthday. There were 4 of us, we stayed 3 nights, and we were all very happy with the accommodations. This property was beyond our expectations, and also, my bed was the most comfortable I ever slept in. If available, I will certainly return to this cozy little cottage during my next trip to the Kingsport area.

A lovely little cottage that had everything we needed. The owner was awesome and very helpful when we needed something. She even got my Kindle to me when we left it after checkout and didn’t even realize!
