Luxe Loft Living in Downtown Kingsport's Iconic Telephone Building

The host was excellent. She communicated well and was accessible before, during, and after our stay. The location in downtown Kingsport was perfect. We could walk to restaurants and shops. The property was clean and super cute.

Everything was great. It’s in the heart of downtown, walkable to everything, easily accessible, quiet building, easy street parking, comfortable bed, kitchen was well stocked, and very clean.

This is a great little loft in a very quaint town, with walking distance to anything you may need. The host had treats and dog treats for our fur baby! Highly recommend this loft.

The loft is very clean. Enjoyed having coffee and some snacks available. Secure area close to several eateries. Walked to farmers market on Saturday.

Any property that Mrs.Jennifer & Mr.Travis have has been excellent no complaints but here if you for the crowd the music this is the place the vibes are great!

Our stay in Kingsport was great! The place was immaculate when we arrived and getting into the unit was easy. We were able to walk to multiple restaurants and bars which was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this stay!

This was a lovely apartment in an old 1932 building built by and for the telephone company. Centrally located, easy to get in and out. Plenty of parking (though it gets a bit crowded on Friday and Saturday) and a cute little wine bar ( they have charcuterie boards too) with so many sweet, friendly people! Jennifer was prompt and quick with instructions and communication was clear and fast! She even helped me get my hat back that I had left outside.

Came to Kingsport for the Bristol night race. Chose this condo based on the pictures and the reviews. The condo was exactly as the pictures indicated. It was nice and clean and very quiet. I'm a light sleeper and never heard anything outside the condo. There are several restaurants within walking distance and some decent nightlife also. There's even a wine bar downstairs from the condo. The owner was a breeze to communicate with and quick to respond. I would recommend this condo if visiting the area.

The property is unique and the location is convenient right downtown and walking distance to many businesses. The only thing I wish I knew before was there was an opening in the wall between the bedroom and the living room. So if you have someone staying in the living room the light from a tv will filter into each room. Otherwise the owners provided many conveniences for a comfortable stay and would definitely stay there again!

We would highly recommend staying at this property on any visit to Kingsport. It is especially convenient to anything. Interior decorated very nicely. It is just like the pictures. Would highly recommend

Modern condo in heart of downtown Kingsport. Clean and well furnished. Location can’t be beat! Visit downtown shops, restaurants and nightlife all within walking distance. The General Store a block away is a must! Host is very responsive! Obviously takes pride in condo and provides little touches that go beyond the ordinary!
