The surrounding neighborhood is residential, quiet, and the County allows noise until 10PM. No loud music beyond reasonable limits, One mile from downtown Silver Spring; ten miles to the White House and D.C. monuments. Visitors allowed until 11 PM. Unregistered people not allowed to spend the night. No promiscuity. No party. Visitors to guest are three persons max until 11 PM. Check out time is 11 AM. From Flower turn onto Plymouth and immediate right on the first driveway; drive in to near the house doors and call the host to hand you the key.
