Davis Street Farmhouse

We had a wonderful Valentines weekend at the Davis Farmhouse! Perfect home for our small fam and they are dog-friendly too! Perfectly located within walking distance of downtown McMinnville, would definitely stay here again.

Another great stay at the Farmhouse. It had everything that we needed. And it is in a prime location - close to downtown shops and restaurants and a perfect spot to explore wine country. Stephanie is an excellent host, very responsive to our questions. Looking forward to our next visit.

Very nice accommodations. Wish backyard was fenced in completely but other than that is was very satisfactory.

Nicely updated and designed older home. Perfect for 2 couples or a family. Loved the open kitchen and living room space. Just a few blocks (short walk) to 3rd St.

Davis Street farmhouse is sparkling clean, charmingly decorated, and an easy walk into the main part of town. The house has everything you need, yet feels open and uncluttered. Beds are comfy. Communicating with Stephanie is excellent. Every question was answered immediately. Thanks, Stephanie, for being such a wonderful host.

We enjoyed our stay at Davis Street Farmhouse. Communication with Stephanie was good and she was very responsive. She even contacted us to let us know we could check-in early. The house is very close (and an easy walk) to McMinnville's iconic downtown area. The house was really clean and everything was in order when we arrived. The listing states there is a private apartment on the second floor but we neither heard nor saw anyone during our stay. We travel to Mac regularly and will look to this listing first in the future.

We checked in as instructed and everything was in good order. House is very close to town so very walkable. Had a lovely get away.

The house was better than described! It was very clean and communication with the owner was so easy! Its location is blocks from downtown for coffee or dinner! Plenty of towels in the bathrooms and a very usable kitchen! There was a small homeless camp across the street which made me feel uneasy about walking to downtown but it was a quick drive!

We had a wonderful stay at the Davis Street Farmhouse. The home was cute, comfortable, and very conveniently located. The host was communicative and helpful. VRBO did not send check-in instructions and the host quickly responded, even though it was very late at night. We will definitely plan to stay here again when visiting McMinnville!

Everything was as advertised. Blocks away from many great restaurants and shops. Very clean home.

The property was fantastic, clean, open, and spacious for the two of us. A perfect mid point for visiting the wineries, we were never more than 25min from anywhere. The restaurant selection in McMinnville was outstanding, we didn't get to every one, but nothing but 5*'s each nite. Great local grocery, plus kitchen and laundry made it home. Would stay again in a minute, communications were prompt and onpoint.

Home is absolutely fantastic. Very clean and well appointed. I hesitate to talk about the neighborhood, but must be honest and forthright. The homeless situation in the neighborhood is out of hand. I went for a walk one morning and saw a woman putting a tourniquet on and shooting up drugs. This was less than 300 feet from the rental, in a church parking lot. Homeless folks also noisy at times late at night. If not for the street people, the neighborhood would be fine. As it is, It's a mess. That said, I am not sure that would deter me from staying again.

This property perfect for 2 couples. We stayed 2 nights. Did a little dining out and wine tasting.

The property has charm and comfort. The location is fabulous. The town is so much fun and has a lot to offfer. We really enjoyed it.

You couldn't ask for more for a get a way to the Oregon wine country. The farmhouse was so comfortable. It felt very homey. The layout is perfect for 4 people and very roomy for 2. Even though it is on a somewhat busy street, it was very private. We cooked in the well appointed kitchen and enjoyed sitting outside in the yard. We would return in a heartbeat!! Thanks Stephanie.

The Farmhouse was a such a great place! The decor was beautiful, the house clean and stocked with the basics, and perfect for our weekend getaway for a family wedding. The location was so close to 3rd Street and to nearby wineries. We enjoyed mornings out on the back deck with coffee and pastries, and in the evenings under the solar umbrella and stars. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Thank you for having such a fun little place for us to enjoy!

Location is A++. The house is A+++. Really comfortable with all the needed amenities. One of the best stocked short term rentals we have ever stayed in. The house has lots of little touches like tons of towels, decent sized bars of real soap and all the laundry supplies you’ll ever need. The host went the extra mile to provide a pleasant stay.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend of a triathlon in the area and it was perfect! We hope to come back! Everything was so nice—comfy beds and living space, lovely back patio area and great kitchen space. Tons of light. Thank you!
