Stayed Nov 24, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The process to reserve and communication for the property was amazing! Very responsive and nice! Location was great - very convenient and close to everything! Disappointed with the musty, moldy smell in the master bedroom. The humidifier filled quickly and did not alleviate the horrible smell coming from the carpeting in the master bedroom. The in-unit washer and dryer also did not work properly and took forever to dry clean clothes. The backyard and jacuzzi were amazing!

Stayed Nov 20, 2025Extremely clean home in a prime location. Grocery store near to stock up on the essentials as well if your staying for an extended period. My kids and I enjoyed the outdoor area the most before heading out for the day or when we returned for the evening. Will return for sure.

Stayed May 14, 2025This was a great base for us to stay in Dana Point when we were visiting for a wedding. The house had everything we needed and was a great location to walk down to the lantern district and explore the coast.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024Visiting family and friends who live in DP. Great location, house was as advertised. Outdoor space was awesome….it was unseasonably cold so hot tub and fire pit came in handy

Stayed Oct 17, 2024We loved coming “home” to our little oasis after a day of activities. We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot to stay. It was very comfortable for us - two couples. And the courtyard was so beautiful. Thank you for providing such a great rental.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024Great place, so clean and modern and fully equipped . The backyard is an oasis everything was in top shape from the fire pit to the jacuzzi. Enjoyed having our coffee outside. Minutes to baby beach. We highly recommend this place. We will be back!
